Stonewalled
Yesterday a federal judge ordered President Biden to continue building border wall using funds which were specifically allocated by Congress under former President Trump for the sole purpose of building a border wall. Furthermore, the judge issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting Biden from diverting border wall construction funds. The states of Texas and Missouri had sued Biden for failing to use the allocated funds for their intended purpose. It is a rare case of justice prevailing. The Biden administration is expected to appeal and delay the ruling.
Biden has said he wants congress to take action to fix the crisis on the southern border. An insult to the intelligence of the American people.

What is stopping Brandon from addressing the issue with the tools he currently has? What makes anyone other than partisans believe this is anything other than a stunt to blame republicans for something Biden is not already doing. Why should anyone believe that Brandon would shut off the spigots when the magic number has been met?
Why don't you ask Schumer why he is sitting on the House border security bill that actually addresses border security?
