The left's "Maryland Man" hoax torn to shreds
The Department of Justice on Wednesday released new documents on Kilmar Abrego Garcia related to an alleged domestic violence incidents with his wife. No charges were filed. His wife also responded to the document release, saying she stands by her husband and wants to see him returned home.

The leftwing media has been calling him a "Maryland man" or a Maryland dad."  Yesterday facts about the man were finally released. It appears that the radical left may have walked into a trap.

Homeland Security says that he is a verified member of MS-13 and he has been accused of beating his wife. You see, Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an illegal alien who happens to be an El Salvadoran citizen. Senator Chris Van Hollen still doesn't seem to get that. He flew down to El Salvador yesterday to pull a political stunt that backfired when El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele told him that Garcia was a criminal who would remain in an El Salvadoran prison. Sen Van Hollen would not be allowed to speak to him, nor did President Bukele have time for Sen Van Hollen.

Later the same day the DOJ released evidence of Garcia's gang involvement:

Later came this from the state of Maryland:

Thus, another hoax has been demolished. The cherry on top was when the WH Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt had the mother of Rachel Moren speak to the dishonest media and more importantly to the American people:

In other news:

Trump waved off an Israeli plan to strike Iranian nuclear sites, preferring to give Iran one last chance to end its nuclear program peacefully. The two sides plan a second round of discussions on Saturday.

The administration is scrutinizing real estate transactions by New York’s attorney general, Letitia James and it appears that there are serious criminal violations.

The government directed immigration judges to act swiftly to deny asylum to migrants whose applications they consider unlikely to succeed.

The man charged with setting fire to Gov. Josh Shapiro’s Pennsylvania mansion told the police he was responding to Shapiro's pro-Israel stance.

Trump named Jay Clayton as the interim U.S. attorney for Manhattan. Chuck Schumer vowed to block a permanent appointment for Clayton.

China faces an economic double whammy: rapid deflation and a trade war with the US.

The Garcia case is not only about Garcia the individual; it is about fundamental rule of law issues.   It deals with the right of due process ... something that should be critically important to all who live here.   It also deals with constitutional limits on the Executive branch and the efficacy of checks & balances.

The reasonable argument you were given:

Is everyone entitled to due process?   Answer YES

If 20 million illegal migrants all demand due process, can they get it?  Answer NO

That had to have been figured in when the radicals who called the shots around Biden opened the southern border.

Therefore, the President is taking emergency measures to keep Americans safe.

These illegals decided to forego due process when they entered the country.  And the Democrats and the left supported it.

Now, using that same logic, they can forego due process on their way out.  And the Democrats and the left can STFU.  This is what they supported.

I have been sort of watching this situation . if what i have read is true , this gentleman is a Salvadorian citizen ,  His rendition back to El Salvador , pretty much puts him outside the US judicial system and jurisdiction , unless he gets extradited back . I dont see that country sending him back.

he rightly falls under the jurisdiction of his home country , for them to judicially do as they see fit within their laws just by being there and the US judicial system or government has no say in the matter .

For some reason , this comes to mind, someone stepped over a dollar to pick up a dime .

bear with me here , someone in stead of prosecuting and likely getting a conviction , opted for the quick deportation , forgoing a trial . they went for the easy get, once gone is also outside US jurisdiction  , so yeah a fuck up that worked in this guys favor if one looks at it from a certain point of view .

For the most part their complete failure to produce these documents when first requested.

Final Thoughts:

Yousuf-Karsh-Edward-R.-Murrow-1959-778x980.jpg

MSNBC has been covering the Garcia story on a daily basis right up until a day ago when we began finding out about this illegal migrant from El Salvador. At that point the story has altered from one of a family man being wrongly deported to an issue of due process.

The fact is that Garcia got his due process in 2019 before two immigration judges, both of whom determined that Garcia was indeed an MS-13 gang member. They were concerned about his safety in El Salvador and recommended that he be deported elsewhere.  He had his hearing which he lost, and he had his appeal which he also lost. The Trump administration may have made a mistake in deporting him to El Salvador and they may have to go the extra mile in deporting to some other country. I do want everyone to note that Garcia recently met with Senator Chris Van Hollen. In the pictures Garcia seemed to be healthy, though still overweight, yet very much untouched by MS-13.

Let us not forget that he was caught in Tennessee transporting over a dozen people who gave his address as their address. For those who demand he be convicted, that is trafficking. He also beat his wife and who knows what else. He is an illegal alien and a threat to every decent human being.

"Good night and good luck."

Pete Hegseth has questionable tattoos, settled a rape charge, drunk and disorderly, yet look where he is now. Trump convicted of felonies, defamation, credibly accused of rape settling out of court over the years requiring NDA's so the women kept quiet, yet look where he is. Linda McMahon and her husband accused of sexual abuse and settled with victims financially, look where she is.

January 6th rioters beating cops were pardoned, the fines handed down for the destruction of the Capitol building and grounds are about to be refunded! That's right, handing money back to domestic terrorists who stormed the capitol defecating and urinating in the building, smashed windows, doors, stole property from the Capitol building and Trump treats them like saints.

If criminal records don't apply to the J6 rioters who literally attacked America and the American Capitol then what laws?

If laws only apply to people Trump hates and laws don't apply to people Trump likes, then laws are no longer valuable. We are now subject to the whims of a king.
