Dueling revolutions
“Our base is craving dramatic change,” Hogg said. “We need to show our base we’re here to fight for them. We need to show there are younger faces stepping up.”

The past few years, maybe the past few decades have been dominated by the left. This is somewhat unusual since first world countries have become somewhat affluent and supposedly educated. I would argue that they are much less civilized. The institutions have been taken over by the left, especially the university and the media. Even the Pope who recently died was an unapologetically man of the left. It all happened rather quietly, just like America's manufacturing sector disappearing.

The descendants of the greatest generation appear to have had enough. There is a counter revolution taking place led by Donald Trump. Trump connected with working people or as they were called "Clingers," "deplorables," and only a year ago "animals." Trump may have been a bit crass, but he was also authentic, and he is the antithesis to the radicalism of Biden/Obama. All of the radicalism that began gradually under Obama and burst forth under Biden is now being rejected. The battle is being waged mostly by the media and district courts that have gone far beyond their authority.

As for the democrat party, it is still in the hands of the far left. Recently the DNC's new vice chair David Hogg decided to commit millions from the DNC coffers to defeat "older" more moderate democrats in the primaries, thus leaving democrats with more radical candidates. What qualifications does Hogg have to be the DNC vice chairman? Actually, none to speak of. The 25-year-old gained national stature as an outspoken survivor of the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. He hasn't really accomplished anything in private or public life. The energy & money in the democrat party continues to be on the far left. Its stars are radical loons like AOC, Jasmine Crockett and the old Socialist Bernie Sanders. Their revolution has been along the lines of the Maoist Cultural Revolution with calls for violence and recent polling showing that many on the left are ok with Trump or Musk being assassinated.

"Data released Monday from the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI)  found  “48% and 55%” of “left of center” people “at least somewhat justifying murder for Elon Musk and President Trump, respectively.” The findings come after a historically violent election season in 2024, which saw  two assassination attempts  on Trump in July and September."

The fight continues for both sides without rules.

The SCOTUS is considering a very important case involving basic parental rights.

"A majority of justices sounded inclined to require public schools to provide parents with an opportunity to opt their children out of certain storybook readings as the Supreme Court grappled Tuesday with a case about religious freedom.

A group of Muslim, Christian and Jewish parents sued the Montgomery County Board of Education, which oversees Maryland’s largest school district, after the board refused to allow parents to pull their elementary school children from lessons with LGBTQ+ themes."

With the accusations supported by the Turkish investors public comments, this was a no brainer.

WHY are you not supporting the rule of law?

That should have been clue enough for any man winking to a blind horse as to Adam's guilt.

But I guess Trump's DOJ supporters are the horse with the blinders on.

I've got it all figured out.

The quickest and easiest way to get rid of every illegal in this country is to have President Trump come out and say he will allow every illegal to stay in the country, free from fear of removal.

Guaranteed, within hours, every democrat, whether in Congress or not, will come out and demand Trump deport every one of these illegals, and since they only just now became worried of the rule of law, will easily forget about that and demand they are gone within days.,

Problem solved

You're welcome.

Was it all conservatives' mothers who were victims of this gang banger which is why they are so intent on making sure this guy stays in an El Salvadoran prison even though they know his alleged ties with a gang have never actually been proven in an actual court where he was allowed to provide a defense against hearsay evidence? Were all these poor white conservative mothers gang banged by this man making the bitter hate toward him from these sons justified?

If anyone was hurt by this man, please do show us on the doll where he touched you which would justify abandoning due process and just sending a young man who could potentially be completely innocent, have no gang ties and qualify for asylum under US laws and would be an asset to help work and support his American wife and child instead of being shipped off to an El Salvadoran prison for some crime no one here seems to be able to actual define.

The only two reasons I can see that someone would cling to the "He must be guilty! He must be a danger to our nation! He must be imprisoned in El Salvador!" despite all the facts is that they're either so desperate to defend Trump in anything he does that this guy's life and his family just don't matter for the greater MAGA good, or they're just miserable bigots who just hate the idea of any brown Spanish speaking person born south of the border ever setting foot in "their white conservative Christian" nation and believe every undocumented immigrant, even if being here is often only a misdemeanor, deserve to be in an El Salvadoran prison.

The Department of Education will resume collections on defaulted student loans on May 5, ending a five-year pause.

The sad part of this is that because of a Biden Administration failure many (about almost 1.9 million) have been unable to start paying on their loans.

“While Congress mandated that student and parent borrowers begin to repay their student loans in October 2023, the Biden-Harris Administration refused to lift the collections pause and kept borrowers in a confusing limbo,”

So not only did Biden ignore the SCOTUS, they ignored Congress as well..

“The Biden Administration misled borrowers: the executive branch does not have the constitutional authority to wipe debt away, nor do the loan balances simply disappear. Hundreds of billions have already been transferred to taxpayers. Going forward, the Department of Education, in conjunction with the Department of Treasury, will shepherd the student loan program responsibly and according to the law, which means helping borrowers return to repayment—both for the sake of their own financial health and our nation’s economic outlook.”
