Macrophotography by definition

photography producing photographs of small items larger than life size.

I'm big on macrophotography so-to-speak.

OK I'm putting my foot down... right on those bees and wasps.

MAC!! You're killing me, literally! How about friendlier non-lethal bugs for me to enjoy?

BTW... I entered this article with my epi pen.

Other than that, great photos... as everything else goes.

Butterflies would make nice photos.

There is a noticeable absence of butterflies in the U.S. this year. It's rather alarming.

I'm glad to hear that, Petey. I'm working on a project and part of it requires compiling photos and information about butterflies and other insects roughly categorized by their geographical (U.S.) habitats. I've read several articles and spoken with a number of people who have noticed an absence of butterflies this summer.
