Awww, thank you, Mickey, how very nice of you to do that! I do like the song very much, indeed! Have to have my daughter take a listen when she wakes up.
Very, very kind of you, Buzz, to say such wonderful things about her photography. I just bought her her very own first camera for her 15th birthday and it isn't a very high-end one, but it does seem to take good photos, and she is enjoying experimenting with it very much. It is a great hobby for her and I hope she can continue to grow as a photographer in coming years. Thank you so much.
What a handsome place to sit and share each other's company even if it is raining. It would be fun to sit out there under big umbrellas in the rain drinking tea with biscuits.
Rain, tea, biscuits...go well together. I do prefer the sunshine, though, or at dusk, when the fireflies are out. I have these two large maple trees, one on each side of the deck (one is right over where you see the table and chairs) that give shade from the sun. Let me check..now I do have about 7 varieties of tea in the pantry and a couple of different biscuits...ready? Or do we wait for the rain???Oh no, I will have to get the umbrella, too!
Thank you, Rescue, that is my backyard and those pictures were taken by my daughter who loves to capture nature's many moods.
Beautiful photos Neetu. The top two look like paintings, especially the middle one. Reminds me of a line from the song "The year of the cat"
She comes out of the sun in a silk dress running
Like a watercolor in the rain
Don't bother asking for explanations
She'll just tell you that she came
In the year of the cat

Now that is a backyard to love!

Thank you, Robert. It is lovely in the summer, yes. And also in the fall, but then come the dreaded chill and ice of winter....
