Why is this man laughing?
For over 40 years, Esquire magazine published their annual Dubious Achievement Awards. Among the numerous humorous awards there would always be this picture of Richard Nixon with the caption, "Why is this man laughing?" .
Yesterday I saw this photo of President Obama and thought, "Why is this man laughing?" . Esquire discontinued their Dubious Achievement Awards in 2008. If they ever bring them back, they may be substituting Obama for Nixon.
