Now Trump says he's suing the Des Moines Register because their poll understated his support; 60 Minutes because of their editing of

interview; the Pulitzer committee for honoring the

coverage of Russian election interference. Welcome to Hungary, folks!

Trump says he will be bringing a lawsuit against the Des Moines Register for their poll: “I'm going to be bringing one against the people in Iowa, their newspaper…That was 'the Des Moines Register,' and in my opinion, it was fraud, and it was election interference.”

ABC should never have caved to Trump. It set a very bad precedent in Trump's continual war against the press and his continual lifelong history of being a rapist.

Trump actually did rape E. Jean Carroll. Legal semantics shouldn't count when it comes to speaking truth.

Q: “What do you say to people that are worried that [RFK Jr's] views on vaccines will translate into policies that will make their kids left safe?” Trump: “There are problems. We don't do as well as a lot of other nations, and those nations use nothing.”

The dumbing down America is much easier to achieve when a free press becomes unable to breath and Trump has blatantly stated he hates the press that address his constant Lying, and if he can, he certainly will silence any and all that dare call out this disingenuous disgrace of a diplomat devoid of devotion and the notion of placing our Constitution and Country above what benefits and saves he, and that should be obvious for any to see, yet, so many choose to have US lose all to excuse, their succumbing to a wanna be dick tater tot,who if not called out will certainly determine the route to be without resistance, and removing an independent press is the easiest path forward to achieve the deceive thought only a few years back, unachievable. Trump has proven the right to be wrong is exceptionally strong amongst those who choose to go along with so much wrong for US , as it is disgust, and cannot be discussed with those who scream Trump or bust, it's an unnatural lust, that Trump does seem to love when he incites hate, and there is not debate he has spread hate, yet apparently so many are unable to differentiate, from his true objectives, and left out are the electives, no longer subjective, to thinking persons who can see as clear as day, that best brought to light in the dead of night, is Trumps plight to keep down those who attempt to enlighten those he keeps in the dark with bout every remark as he remakes reality for the dimwitted to see, to see what he has determined to be his best avenue to bring his vision of he shooting and not being held responsible, of that individual on 5th avenue

I thought lawfare was good?

Per last months liberal talking points, if they didn't do anything wrong, why do they care if they are prosecuted/sued/investigated?  Only the guilty whine about being sued.

cause why would one care if they had to spend hundreds of thousands upon something that was not there, as in  lawfare ?

The suggesting it is more than bad enough.

He is mentally ill and no one wants to admit it.

Again John, why do you care?  If the newspaper did nothing wrong, they won't have to pay anything.

That's the rationale you've adopted time and time again. So why not apply it here?

Research suggests that the constant obsession over everything he says is a more severe mental illness than anything he might have.

u\you do realize he got 49.7 or something extremely close yet under the 50% mark that would have better supported his lie of a mandate. Electoral votes are not representative of the actual number of the population that did vote for the mental deficient mess we all need to deal with till death or term end. Anyway we look at it US lost.

Well common sense would disqualify that line of thinking. For I am more concerned for his followers, and even more concerned about those that must somehow attempt to defend and justify his ridiculous actions and words, as both are absurd, but good luck with the task, that should include an endless flask, of ones preferred adult beverage, cause believe you will need it, cause to defend what to me, absolutely cannot be defended in terms of what has been somehow suddenly acceptable from one who was clearly unelectable if held to the normal standards, as he bears no resemblance to what was formerly required by the electorate, and by both parties that in the past would have shot his candidacy down in a heartbeat, not get all wishy washy at a pussy grabbin back stabbin elite LIAR with his heavy pants on fire as he insulted all of US in one way or another, and brother, I do have a problem with that.

He is deserved of NOTHING from US after behavior below any other potus

One does not get rewarded for lowering an entire country, as aborted is the normal rite of passage, but due to ignorance a la extraordinaire, we are left to witness the further carnage that I believe is inevitable. I consider myself 'crazy' without any interference from a demagogue gone wild, an immature flailing child, who has reached so many insulated via the media realities that currently plague a nation in descent of decencies that were once a trait of our country, and not a traitor to it, and that is my opine, for I've witnessed enough to come to a certain conclusion, as you attempt to push an illusion, don't mind me if not buying in, cause it will only become worse before it subsides, and I'll ride it out like a shout, cause i'm allowed to be aloud till i am not, and we all know Trumps view on this, so until then, my ass he can kiss, cause he has lowered a country, and I believe that is worth mention, irregardless of yours and so many others incomprehension.

Interesting how closely "concern" can resemble "self-righteousness".

But I suppose it's easier to look down upon the deplorables than ask yourself what could possibly cause half of your countrymen to make such a seemingly incomprehensible decision.

You probably should avoid considering that question honestly.  You may not like the answer.

Another false and misleading headline for the article, unless one wants to make the argument that anyone who brings suit against the press is attacking free speech. That would be an interesting take, as it would suggest suing the press should be against the law. What could go wrong with that???

I think the purpose of these misleading articles is simply to play on the emotions of a targeted audience. This one, for example is on par with the pedophile pizza parlor story. Doesn't have to be true. Just has to get people pissed off.
