Do you even care what you Republicans have done to the morale, and lives of the rank and file agents of the premier law enforcement agency in the world?

"UNCOMMON SENSE WAS A COMMON MESSAGE FROM AN FBI AGENT

I offer this vignette, free of political bias or moral judgment. It is not about any one person, but an amalgamation of multiple FBI Special Agents. I am the coach of your child's soccer team. I sit next to you on occasion in religious devotion, collected your mail and took out your trash while you were away from home. I played a round of golf with you. I am a veteran.. This is the quiet side of me that you do not know: I orchestrated a clandestine operation to secure the release of an allied soldier held captive by the Taliban. I prevented an ISIS terrorist from boarding a commercial aircraft. I spent 3 months listening to dismantle a violent drug gang. I recruited a source to provide critical intelligence on Russian military activities in Africa. I rescued a citizen being tortured to near death by members of an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang.

I interceded and stopped a juvenile planning to conduct a School Shooting. I spent multiple years monitoring the activities of deep cover foreign intelligence officers, leading to their arrest and deportation. I endured extensive hardship to infiltrate a global infiltrate a global child trafficking organization. I have been shot in the line of duty.

Something else about me, l was assigned to investigate a potential crime. Like all previous cases I have investigated, this one met every legal standard of predication and procedure... I am now sitting in my home, listening to my children play and laugh in the backyard, oblivious to the prospect that their father may be fired in a few days. Fired for conducting a legally authorized investigation. Fired for doing the job that he was hired to do. I have to wonder when I’m gone who will do the quiet work behind the facade of your average neighbor?

MSNBC (aka MSDNC) and Twitter no two better sources than that - it must be true.

I agree that the agents are being treated shabbily (and likely illegally if they are actually forced out without just cause)

The story is likely a work of fiction. Please provide the source.

Low level agents that followed the law shouldn't have anything to work about. This purge is going to be of those senior officials and agents who broke procedure and the law in their insane attempts to "get Trump"

I'm sure that AG Bondi will treat them fairly

It's odd for a supposed fascist to be at odds and reducing the power of the internal security apparatus, isn't it?   One of those libertarian fascists, I guess.

No, it's not.

Since you're not familiar with history, you should learn about The Night of the Long Knives, which began on June 30, 1934, when Hitler eliminated the Sturmabteilung (S.A.), which was the original paramilitary wing of the Nazi Party, and had as a primary purpose protecting Nazi rallies and assemblies, i.e. a "security apparatus".  He began to distrust the S.A., much as your Dear Leader Trump distrusts the FBI, and had them eliminated by his then favored group/security apparatus, the Schutzstaffel (S.S.), during what became known as The Night of the Long Knives.  Many members of the S.A. were arrested, shot and killed by Hitler and the S.S.  While not an exact parallel, of course (as of yet), it certainly comports with the quote attributed to Mark Twain:  "History doesn't repeat itself, but it often rhymes".

For more detail, see link:

Since you're not familiar with history

Always a treat to be lectured about historical knowledge from the Thomas Jefferson was a member of the Political party founded by Lincoln camp.

As wikipedia should have informed you, the SA was a party paramilitary organization made up of party volunteers. Off the bat see any problems with your claim?  The fact that it was considered a threat to the German Army should set up even more alarm bells for you.

The removal of the SA as a power block within Nazi Germany had zero effect on the internal Nazi security apparatus. What role the SA played within it is was easily subsumed by state organizations. The  FBI is the premier organization for internal security in the US. It has no real rivals.  If it were destroyed, there would be a massive vacuum. That did not occur with the decapitation of the SA.

tainly comports with the quote attributed to Mark Twain:  "History doesn't repeat itself, but it often rhyme

That's incredibly dumb. Did removing the SA increase the NAzi's states power or lessen it? IF the FBI went away, would the government have more or less power over American citizens?

That's not something I, of course, ever said.  It's always a treat to be lectured by someone who begins their comment with a lie.

see any problems with your claim?

None at all.  Fascist/authoritarian movements are typically, although not in every instance, "at odds" with the ruling government's security apparatus, which is why, when they gain power, they dismantle or transform the existing security apparatus and install their own.  What I do see is you attempting to deflect and distract from your original nonsensical comment.

That's incredibly dumb.

I acknowledge that you think Mark Twain's comment is "incredibly dumb".  "Opinions do vary".

Did removing the SA increase the Nazi's states power or lessen it?

It consolidated and strengthened the power of the SS and removed what was seen as a potential rival source of power to Hitler's rule.

If the FBI went away, would the government have more or less power over American citizens?

That depends on how your Dear Leaser intends to transform the FBI or what he intends to replace it with.  Given his authoritarian goals, the replacement internal security apparatus will likely project far greater and more intrusive power.

It's hard to be a police state if you are firing the police, but nobody expects logic from the TDS.

An anonymous letter: that's not the profile in courage we expect from an FBI agent, but it does comport with the anonymous reporting we got last time from the left that turned out to be complete bullshit.

If he did nothing wrong then he would have nothing to worry about.  Since he didn't give his name, one has to ask...what is he hiding?

[] Firing the FBI officers who did their jobs and investigated unlawful acts because those unlawful acts were in support of a cause that one supports (in this case Trump's fantasy story that the election was stolen from him) is precisely how to signal that one intends to live not by laws and facts, but by edict and innuendo. No-no! We can't investigate the clear and present dangerous people who we saw attacking police and invading the Capitol building, desecrating our nation, because when it goes thru the TDS machine, it pops out the other side a fantastical tale of a "Day of Love."

I have a close family member who is a special agent with the FBI.  I’ve heard first hand how an entire department was eliminated and several people already terminated.  People need to understand that those who were directed to participate in investigations involving Trump also have much deeper ties to every important function of the bureau, as this letter alludes to.  No agent objected to their orders, because there was and still is no credible defense by Trump to very legitimate charges.  The FBI is far more conservative than the average citizen.  Perhaps Trump’s plan is to have government professionals out in the fields picking the produce that the deported used to excel at.  The government conservatives who could change this deserve every ounce of blame for the upcoming mass unemployment crisis coming up, and likely mass migration from the lying party who has you picking produce out in the fields to keep your house.

"Back the Blue" until Republicans lose an election, blame the FBI for the Capitol riot, and use them as scapegoats.

All Republicans do is play the blame game.

They don't care about dedicated law enforcement professionals if they cannot stand by them when it counts.

MAGA extremists love conspiracy theories and elected Republicans turn on a dime against anyone MAGA shouts about.

All law enforcement should investigate crimes wherever they lead. When Trump pardoned criminals who were properly investigated and many of them admitting their own guilt expressing remorse it was a slap in the face to law enforcement, American laws and our courts.

The fact Republicans sat down and shut up rather than speak out in support of law enforcement says it all.

Total and utter bullshit that this mental midget miscreant maga messiah needs to ceas3e and desist, cause I don't understand how people cannot see his obvious retalitory actions as infractions violating our system of checks and balances , as Trump bounces, off the triple beam, and trashes any and all moral and ethical large or small, and the GOP owns it ALL
