MSNBC's Michael Steele Melts Down at Dems Over Elon Musk

MSNBC hosts went off about Elon Musk's all-encompassing involvement in U.S. government — and blasted Democrats and others for what they consider a nonchalant response.
In a fiery discussion on MSNBC's The Weekend Saturday, co-host Michael Steele was apoplectic over what he considers to be indifference on the part of Democrats about Musk and the purge of government employees being carried out by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
"I'd just like you to show that you give a damn!" Steele said with a raised voice. "That you got a little emotion about the fact that people are losing their jobs indiscriminately! That this individual sitting down at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue has given absolute power to one man, who brings his son into the into the Oval Office, whose son says to him, 'you're not the president! You shouldn't be in that chair!' Now, where did he get that from? He got it from his daddy! Because that's what his daddy thinks of the man who brought him into the Oval Office.
"So I'd just like to see somebody wake the hell up and get excited about the fact that your country is under assault!"
Steele went on to argue that the barbarians "are not at the gate anymore" and have already encroached upon all aspects of American life.
"They're in your bedrooms!" Steele said. "They're in your living rooms! They're in your businesses! They've got they got your data, dumb ass! They got all your stuff! Elon Musk has his tentacles in everything you're doing! Not just off of X, but he's in the Treasury Department! He's in the Labor Department! He's in Department of Homeland Security! And nobody seems to give a damn! So that's all I want — somebody to show that they care enough to get off their fat ass and say something about it!"
Steele's colleague Symone Sanders-Townsend added a dire warning of her own.
"I used to not be one of those people that were like 'we're not going to have elections in four years,'" she said. "I'm like, 'ya'll gotta chill out.' [But] I am thoroughly concerned about how we survive."
Sanders-Townsend likened the current state of affairs to the plot of the recently-released dystopian movie "Civil War."
"All hell was breaking loose in Washington, D.C., and in places all across the country," Sanders-Townsend said. "And there were people in the middle of the country that were just living their lives like nothing was happening. And I think that is actually where we are. And there are going to be a lot of people that are going continue to just go on about their daily lives as though Rome is not burning."

Elon Musk is NOT a patriotic American. I see no evidence of that at all. He is a tech oligarch and that is not a class of people who are patriotic Americans. Many if not most of them would prefer a monarchy. I have no doubt Musk would like it if god or someone named him the ruler of America , and eventually the world.
He does not have benign motives. He is more interested in Mars than he is with the welfare of the American people.
So what the fuck is this guy up to? I wish the media would start to investigate THAT.
So when the class of people gives hundreds of millions to Democrats aren't patriotic americans. Got it.

He's a naturalized citizen of the US, and yes, I think he is a patriotic one.

Musk has done more for this country than any Democrat.
Bit of a stretch and wild exaggeration, close to being a sweeping generalization. He has power other than what Trumps gives him. Once again, he and his investigators are uncovering all the Dem's waste, fraud, and abuse.
Steele isn't a Republican, and damn well isn't a conservative.
TDS is a disease some embrace readily- Steele proving he is one of the first and foremost sufferers.
The Democrats/left are melting down because their theft and corruption is being exposed and rooted out at all levels of the government.
For those that claim Trump learned nothing from his first 4 years- he is proving you wrong. He learned there is no governing a system stacked with unelected woke Democrat hires; and TDS Establishment hacks- who answer to no one but themselves.
Imagine being outrage over ending federal government waste and abuse. It's our money- not theirs. No matter how much they throw a temper tantrum about it.
