13,000 murderers roam free thanks to the Biden-Harris migrant crime wave
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are letting 13,000 illegal immigrant murderers roam free.

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed today that under the immigration policies of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, there are over 13,000 convicted illegal immigrant murderers roaming the United States free, along with another 15,000 illegal immigrants convicted of sexual assault.

If anything these numbers underestimate the size of the violently criminal illegal immigrant population Biden-Harris has unleashed on the country.

The numbers come from a letter to Rep. Tony Gonzalez (R-TX) written by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deputy Director Patrick Lechleitner. Gonzalez had written Lechleitner asking him to identify the number of convicted criminals on ICE's nondetained docket. Migrants on ICE's nondetained docket would include those Biden paroled into the country after illegally crossing the southern border, like Laken Riley's alleged murderer, Jose Ibarra, as well as all migrants flown to the U.S. through Biden's parole program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans.

There are more than 7 million illegal immigrants on ICE's nondetained docket freely living in the U.S.

Of those 7 million, Lechleitner confirmed that 425,431 are convicted criminals, and another 222,141 have pending criminal charges, including 13,099 convicted of homicide and 15,811 convicted of sexual assault.

As bad as these numbers are, and they are a terrible indictment of the Biden-Harris immigration agenda, they definitely underestimate the number of illegal immigrant convicted criminals in the U.S. That is because the data do not include illegal immigrants who were convicted of crimes in their home countries. The criminal illegal immigrants counted by ICE in this letter only include the crimes illegal immigrants have committed here in the U.S.

If an illegal immigrant was convicted of murder or sexual assault in their home country and then came here under the Biden-Harris catch-and-release policy but they have not yet been convicted of killing or raping anyone here in the U.S. yet, they would not be included in this data.

By law, ICE is required to deport all illegal immigrants. But it is the Biden-Harris policy not to deport illegal immigrants unless they have committed a violent crime. Even then, many Democratic-controlled jurisdictions do not cooperate with ICE on even violent illegal immigrant cases, a problem Lechleitner mentions in his letter.

When former President Donald Trump promises voters he will begin mass deportations if elected, it is these 425,431 criminal illegal immigrants that he is talking about. A vote for Trump is a vote to deport these criminal illegal immigrants. He will force Democratic cities to cooperate with ICE to do so.

A vote for Harris is a vote to keep letting these criminal illegal immigrants roam free.

That's what's has been happening here in Denver, a sanctuary city in a sanctuary state. And you have to wonder how many potential terrorists are included in these numbers of "newcomers"

Trump TV Ad Repeats False ‘Border Czar,’ Illegal Immigration Claims

August 5, 2024

Former President Donald Trump’s campaign has launched a new general election ad that falsely labels Vice President Kamala Harris the “border czar” and falsely suggests that 10 million people illegally crossed the southern border on her watch and are still “here.”

Donald Trump killed the bipartisan border bill to save his campaign

Trump killed a bipartisan bill because he knew it would render his entire campaign irrelevant. And now, he's visiting the Arizona border to complain.

How did he kill this bill? He is not a member of the Senate.

Why didn't Schumer go ahead and bring the bill to the floor, or was he also in on the Trump "killing" of the bill? He is the Senate majority leader, correct? Or did I miss something?

Then put them in jail like the Americans we put or send them back. Stop trying to exploit them.

The Harris/Walz campaign should get out there and accent the positive of immigration. That is, for all the negative 'clowns' acting out; there has got to be MORE positive individuals and families that are a positive ADDITION to the country and this should be proudly stated.

Of course, some trumpists won't state anything positive about. . . immigrants that are 'brown.'

And oh by the way, with immigrants you get what you get and can't go around picking the 'best' out without getting some problems too! As everybody should know those 'bad apples' will wash out through the system anyway. It is the nature of 'bad actors' to be. . . well, bad soon enough to be determined by all!

ACCENT THE POSITIVE HARRIS/WALZ CAMPAIGN ON IMMIGRATION/IMMIGRANTS!

Patrick J. Lechleitner
Deputy Director and
Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director

Lechleitner said that under the Biden administration, DHS is removing and returning “record numbers of migrants who are unable to establish a legal basis to remain in the United States and prioritizing for removal those who present national security and public safety risks and recent border crossers.”

Since May 2023 through July, DHS has removed or returned nearly 900,000 individuals, he says.

He added that ICE is not allowed to release certain noncitizens from the agency’s custody including those convicted of homicide. Other cases are determined “on a case-by-case basis and take into account the individual case circumstances, primarily considering risk of flight, national security threat, and threat to public safety,” he wrote.

“The data in this letter is being misinterpreted.   The data goes back decades; it includes individuals who entered the country over the past 40 years or more, the vast majority of whose custody determination was made long before this Administration.  It also includes many who are under the jurisdiction or currently incarcerated by federal, state or local law enforcement partners.”

It’s not clear how many of the 13,099 people with homicide convictions on ICE’s non-detained docket as of July 21 are currently incarcerated in jails and prisons. Regardless,           John Sandweg       ,   an attorney who served as acting director of ICE during the Obama administration, said in a Saturday interview that it is “100% false” to say all the homicide offenders on the non-detained docket entered the US during Harris’ vice presidency.  Sandweg added: “These are individuals who undoubtedly entered the United States over a long period of time. … A lot of them have probably been on the list for 20 years, where the US has just been unable to deport.”

===========================================================================

Now look at exactly what Trump and MAGA say

"it was just revealed that  13,000 convicted murderers entered our Country during her three and a half year period as Border Czar,”  Trump wrote"

Its a lie.  Where are the Republicans and conservatives, and for that matter moderates, to oppose these lies

Criminals belong in jail. Take 'em to court! Deport criminals - not 'valued' persons who bring their 'best' to the United States from the poorest, miserable, meanest, and cruelest places on Earth!  Accent the positive immigrants and do not lump their LARGE numbers in with the 'creeps.'

… Lechleitner confirmed that 425,431 are convicted criminals…

I asked ChatGPT to attempt the same analysis of 2019 and got this —

… According to ICE reports from that year, around 15-20% of the people on the non-detained docket had some kind of criminal conviction. That would suggest roughly 490,000 to 650,000 individuals on the non-detained docket in 2019 had been convicted of a crime.

So even though there are a much larger number of attempted incursions, looks like the number of criminals is smaller! I’m not really surprised though, Trump instituted a policy of deporting anyone, even people here for 10 or 20+ years. Well, those people are established; they have homes, jobs, speak English, have money, etc. They likely have spouses and kids who are citizens. They know immigration law inside and out and have access to excellent immigration lawyers. The effect was to pretty much shut down Immigrations and Customs Enforcement - Enforcement Removal Operations by clogging the courts. So your idea of putting the Trump back in charge is stupid.

The irony is these are the same some conservatives whom won't do anything at all about gun violence in America, because, well: Second Amendment "protection." What do you do with 'pro-lifers" who don't care about saving lives generally, but are OVERLY CONCERNED about fearmongering about "aggregated" murders? Seriously, keep looking out for the facts, people.
