Red is a pineapple green cheek conure. She's about 1.5 years old with full flight feathers. Her name is taken from Malcolm "Red" Little (aka Malcolm X) because she was determined to coexist with Nelson (somewhat of a bossy bird at the time) and she never back down in a fight of dominance. They became fast friends.
