Woman Cries Racism Over A Nature TV Show About Apes At The Doctor's, Gets Called Out For "Entitled Delusions" - BuzzLoving.com
By: Milla
A TikTok user responded to a clip from the platform with an overlay "Exposing racism at my Doctor's office" by saying, "This is what happens when you tell a group of people that their emotions matter more than everything and everybody in their vicinity."
A TikTok user De'Jon made a viral video
De'Jon starts the video with the original clip and then interrupts it by sharing words of wisdom and explaining that people's emotions should not matter more than everyone and everything. He then said that this leads to getting a bunch of "entitled delusions," who believe the world revolves around them.
The content creator does not dismiss struggles
De'Jon then said, "Maybe you have struggled, and maybe you have gone through trials and tribulations, but when you post videos like this, nobody cares." He added, "I'm going to be honest, lady. Nobody should."
The TikTok poster added more criticism
The woman did not just accuse the nurse in her doctor's office of racism. She also added her workplace address, and De'Jon was not having it. He asked the woman, "Are you insane?" Then he explained that things that had happened do not justify something you do today.
The original poster blocked De'Jon
In the comments, De' Jon shared, "SHE BLOCKED ME IN RECORD TIME." One person wrote, "Everyone in her comments is telling her she's right too, 'I'm so sorry this traumatic experience happened to you baby, go somewhere else.'" Another person wrote, "That's a straight coincidence. Doctors' office always has some kind of family-friendly channels, such as Discovery on. MC complex 100."
Some believed that the young woman was joking
Another response said, "Folks got way too much time on their hands. Always trying to start stuff online." Another chimed in, "I thought she was joking and laughed, but then I realized she was serious and was like…"
Inside the troubling video
The video with an overlay, "Exposing Racism at my Doctor's Office," shows a young Black woman who said, "They put this on the TV as soon as I sat down." She then told the nurse was hiding from her, and then the TikTok content creator posted the healthcare employee's information on the video, including her name at the address of her workplace.
Many confirmed that animal shows are nothing new
Below De' Jon's video, one person wrote, "I work in a hospital. The receptionists don't care what gets put on, they usually just turn the TV on and switch to a different channel each time." Another wrote, " We live in a world where people feel the need to ruin your life just because they decide they don't like something."
Some joked
One person wrote, "I'm Hispanic, and they had Telemundo channel on," and added a laughing emoji. Another explained, "This is a popular documentary on Netflix right now. I've watched it three times."
Some warned this was dangerous on the woman's part
A TikTok user warned, "Actually, that Dr can sue her. It's happening here in Miami. A TikToker blasted on TT for her experience and was sued. True story. I know the Dr." More shared that the nurse could sue for defamation.
A major issue
One person also shared, "The thought of maybe that employee could have a past, and could be running from harm, or anything and to put the address online."

A sign of the times I guess....
What was she screaming about?
Never mind...
...a nature show about apes is racism?
We are all being told constantly to be outraged at everything.
EDIT: We also have to constantly announce to the world via ALL the social medias that we are outraged.
So weird to think this is how people grow up now. Everything online.
I think now that we are starting to see some of the dark sides of constantly being online we might be getting some pushback. I don't think it will get better until those people who have grown up online to become policy makers themselves. They will have the understanding that it takes to correctly govern that technology vs making money from it.
I ignore most social media. this place is as close as I get...
Just reading this seed, I cant figure out what was supposed to have happened. It looks confusing on first read.
A black woman went to her Doctors office and as soon as she sat down the nurse changed the waiting room tv channel to a documentary on apes. The women in question felt it was done on purpose because of her race, so she vlogged about it.
And doxed.
ah
The original seed if full of pictures so it reads strange. The title was the basis.
It is a little confusing.
Drives me crazy that everything has become a TikTok moment or a FB moment. It has gotten to be ridiculous to the extreme. Not everything needs t be shared. "I'm sorry I don't care what your baby's BM looked like this morning".
People need to learn how to live life OFF of social media again. Go outside and breathe some air...(just don't post that on FB - cuz NO ONE CARES).
I will put it on FB and then in a year I'll share it as a memory too! /s I'm as guilty as anyone as I tend to take photos wherever I go and post them to keep family informed, but I don't often share food or daily life shit. I'm nowhere close to my niece or nephew who share every thought as it passes through their brainpans.
I deleted my FB account years ago. I just couldn't stand the crap that came through. My nieces post everything. It would drive me batty.
I'm not on anything but here and a Discus account.
I am just here.
Wait...I think I have a google account because of a gmail account. I also have a Steam account.
I would but it's the only way family sees my photography and I tend to stick to that and 2 local groups- one for fish and one for horror movies. The fish group doesn't do much at all while the horror group is very prolific and posts every day. Otherwise I pretty much ignore most of what crosses my pages.
I also have a YouTube account that I do very, very little on. I use it to upload aquarium video and post on other sites like here. I keep intending to do more, but I'm lazy and it take a lot of time to record and edit anything meaningful.
Morning..I was at the quacks the other day and there was a documentary on about sharks and their eating habits...🦈🦈🦈
I immediately felt victimised, harassed, uncomfortable and worthless because we are so far down the food chain....
I will now suffer anxiety and stress next time I go into the sea for fear of being a snack takeaway..
I also feel racially discriminated against as sharks seem to eat a lot of white people... sharks should be educated about equality...we are all food..
Now what to have for breakfast..🤣🤣🤣
Lol as a Canadian I felt similarly victimized about a recent documentary I saw on polar bears
Morning free..yes us colonials have to stick together..
We are always being picked on because we are upside down..it really does make the blood rush to my head..
Since we here say you guys are down under, do you say we are up over?
Arvo arkie..nah we just normally say...
"That mob over there,"...so that covers everyone North of the equator....Brits, Canadians, Europeans, you mob etc etc..🐨🐨
And for the Kiwis..it's ..
"The mob across the ditch".. the Tasman sea is referred to as the ditch between us and them..🦘🦘
imagine if that was on in a lawyer's office....
Evening trout...or at the dentist..🤣
lol
now I have that damn song in my head...."when the shark bites"
Buzzloving.com? I had NOTHING to do with this, but Buzzloving is a damn good idea.
Hahaha
I agree.
We may have had our ups and downs over the years but I will always have a soft spot for a Buzz...
Haha
I thought the "downs" were LONG ago - I thought it's been "ups" since then.
Has been. I am trying to learn not to be an ass...Haha
Nah we are good. You know I luv ya....
