Lab test confirms white substance found at the White House is cocaine

WASHINGTON — A formal lab test of the white substance found at the White House on Sunday has come back positive for cocaine, according to an official with knowledge of the investigation.
The substance was found Sunday evening in a small, zippered bag in a highly trafficked part of the West Wing and prompted a brief evacuation, according to a U.S. Secret Service official.
It is unclear how long the bag was in the White House. The blurry timeline and number of people who walk through the area where the cocaine was found could make it difficult to determine who was responsible for the substance, a source familiar with the investigation told NBC News Tuesday.
The Secret Service is running the investigation, which will include consulting cameras and entrance logs, according to a source familiar with the inquiry.
The cocaine was found by officers during "routine patrols" of the White House, a Secret Service official said.
The substance had tested positive for cocaine on a preliminary field test, a source familiar with the investigation said Tuesday, and the formal lab test confirmed that result.
President Joe Biden was at Camp David, not the White House, when the cocaine was discovered.

You planning to give proof to your comment you are sure it was a tourist since you are demanding proof from others? I would also be very curious what exactly defines highly trafficked part of the West Wing is. Are tourists allowed there or is it well trafficked by politicians and their minions? It seems some are more than happy to rush to judgement before actually knowing any facts. And of course I have to wonder if the media will ask any questions other than the spoon fed official report.
You get into the West Wing two ways unless you work there, you are invited to attend a meeting or your invited by a staffer for an after hours tour where the staffer is responsible.
Since this is the White House I would think they would know who was there and approx when it was dropped. I also wonder if the person left no fingerprints or any other evidence behind or maybe the White House isn't looking into trying to identify whose it was because Hunter already has a good supplier.

But I do know that as the evidence and new accusations mount against the former (45) president, the more bold, baseless and unbelievable stuff coming from the 'MAGAdonians' against the current president, his family, the DOJ, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, truth telling people, some politicians, entertainment folk and dozens of others are ramping up. If it was in a highly visited area, I'm sure it will be easily determined by security video. It's one of the most secure buildings in the world, the most likely story is a rando just brought it in and left it there unnoticed, and it has nothing to do with the cokehead who lives there.
