Quick Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
1 pound of beef sirloin
1 tbsp. Shortening or oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 10.5 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 3 oz can of broiled sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 tbsp. Ketchup
2 tsp. Worcester sauce
Egg noodles
Cut meat into 1/4 inch strips. Brown in hot shortening or oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is crisp-tender. Combine remaining ingredients except noodles. Heat through but don't boil. Serve over cooked noodles.

Yes indeed. I like it over noodles as well. It's also good over Spaghetti as well.
Do I have to put ketchup in it?

No, I don't think so. That was just how it was passed on to me. Never tried it without it, let me know how it comes out.
