The coming storm
"That's not true. There have been 15! Count, kid, count! Alright?," the president responded.

"Biden's White House has  faced questions throughout the week  regarding his slim calendar, with multiple reports saying Democrats in tight races view a visit from him as a liability. A reporter asked Biden about his campaign plans as he was walking to Marine One on Thursday.

"John Fetterman is going to appear with you today in Pennsylvania, but there haven't been that many candidates campaigning with you. Why?" a reporter asked.

"That's not true. There have been 15! Count, kid, count! Alright?," the president responded.

"Okay, and are there going to be even more?" the reporter pressed.

"Yeah!" Biden said."

Of course, we all know that the vast majority of democrat candidates don't want to be seen with Biden. Up to now democrats have been oblivious to their fate. They managed to get rid of Trump and had a vessel they used to enact all their wildest dreams. That 18 month social experiment did tremendous damage to the nation. Many people were hurt, especially the lower middle class and the inner city working poor. Biden's legacy will be twofold. He will always be remembered as the man who brought the radical left to power, the consequences of which will be felt for years to come. The other part of his legacy begins in November. He will be responsible for bringing the reactionary right to power. For the next two years Mitch McConnell will force Biden to be what he once promised he would be: a moderate. In 2024 we can expect a 46 year old reactionary to take the reigns of power.

The Week:

(CFPB) funding scheme is unconstitutional: An appellate ruling on Wednesday that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) funding scheme is unconstitutional. The ruling was a long time in coming. In 2010, Barack Obama appointed Liz Warren (before she was a Senator) to be the architect of the CFPB. Warren designed the CFPB to be insulated from Congress and the President and nobody said a word. All this time the CFPB director only needs to request funding from the Fed, which must transfer the money as long as it doesn’t exceed 12% of the central bank’s operating expenses.

Record voter turnout in Georgia: "Nearly half a million Georgians have cast their ballots in the midterm elections through three days of early voting, according to Georgia’s  secretary of state , blowing past the previous record three-day totals in 2018 and keeping pace with a historic 2020 turnout in the presidential election."

Savage beating on a DC bus: "Shocking video captures a group of teens viciously assaulting a woman and throwing her off a Washington, DC, bus – because she asked them to stop using “foul language.” Kyla Thurston, a passenger on the DC Metrobus, told the rowdy teens to stop cursing Monday after a woman and a young child boarded,  Fox 5 DC reported . “At that point, the kids became unruly. They started being disrespectful, like saying things to me,” Thurston, 42, told the news outlet. “Then next thing you know, there were objects being thrown at me, and I was just like, ‘Thank You, Lord,’ because throughout the whole incident the only thing I could recall was the kids hitting me and kicking me — and I had no defense,” she added. “The only thing I said was, ‘Can y’all stop the abusive language?'” Thurston later  told WJLA .

Renewed threat of Railroad strike: "Logistics managers are dusting off their plans for a possible railroad strike in November that could wreak havoc on the supply chain and cost the U.S. economy up to $2 billion a day. The National Carriers’ Conference Committee (NCCC), representing the nation’s freight railroads in the national collective bargaining, notified the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees Division of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (BMWED) on Wednesday that the union’s latest proposal will not be accepted. A deal between the rails and several large unions to avert a strike, with recommendations from the Biden administration, was moving closer to completion before being  voted down  by the BMWED last week."

CDC group endorses adding covid shots to recommended vaccine schedule: "An advisory committee to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention voted Thursday in favor of adding the Covid vaccine to the recommended immunization schedule for children and adults. Children 6 months and older, as well as adults, should get the Covid vaccine, plus boosters, when they are eligible for it, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices said in an unanimous vote."

The Pentagon will begin paying for troops and their family members to travel for abortions: "The Pentagon will begin paying for troops and their family members to travel for abortions, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin announced in a  memo  outlining several policy changes and directives designed to ensure the military community retains access to reproductive healthcare following the Supreme Court’s repeal of  Roe v. Wade."

What have we learned?

The media is getting desperate as the election nears. We know they have already smeared most of the country. The latest smear is of those who intend to vote on the real bread & butter issues like inflation and gas prices and the coming winter blackouts. Matthew Dowd (MSNBC "analyst") did the smearing:

" Dowd, a  failed Democrat candidate , told Wallace that the GOP focus on economic issues and inflation is reminiscent of a "candidate" and "a party" that campaigned on the same issues in Germany in the 1930s. Nazi leader Adolph Hitler ran for president in 1932 before he was appointed chancellor of Germany the following year after a series of electoral victories by the Nazi Party."

Of course, the proper comparison would be voter concerned about inflation turning to the Great Ronald Reagan in 1980. This is how desperate the democrats have become. Everyday that goes by indicates a great red wave is coming. Usually by this time, with only three weeks to go, the democrats would have pulled some stunt, like they did on Herschel Walker, as a kind of "October surprise."  It now looks like the only October surprise might be found in Joe Biden's pants.

AOC finally got her comeuppance, as a NYC town hall group confronted her:

Her "constituents may have finally realized the folly of voting for any democrat the DNC primary serves up.
