Democrats are fond of preaching to others.
Yet, their own houses are not clean.

Senate Democratic leader Charles Schumer is getting hit with friendly fire over the lack of diversity in Senate staffers from a veteran black New York party activist with ties to Gov. Cuomo and Al Sharpton.
Charlie King, former executive director of the New York State Democratic Party, plans to stand outside Schumer’s D.C. office to protest the under-representation of minorities employed in top staff positions by Senate Democrats.
King said he’s holding the one-man vigil in honor of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King.
“How can we as Democrats complain about Jeff Sessions being appointed attorney general when our party doesn’t hire minorities? It exposes us as hypocrites,” King told The Post.
“We have to get our own house in order.”
In response to the criticism, Sen. Schumer spoke of the Rooney Rule, requiring minorities to be interviewed for top positions.

He’s also hired a director of engagement, Cietta Kiandoli, to boost diversity hiring and will work with New Jersey Cory Booker and Hawaii Sen. Brian Schatz to boost minority hires.
As with everything else about Democrats, the first response is more levels of administration and spending money.
But wait.
Why would you need any rule or requirement to hire minorities if that was what you truly believed?
What’s stopped Democrats from actually hiring people of color?
It’s 2016, guys, so why are you preaching to others, yet so slow in actually practicing what you preach?
