Does Trump's Affection For A Conspiracy Theory Racist Reflect On His Fitness For Office ?
The Republican Party candidate for president has hosted, and praised a woman who is considered a conspiracy nut and racist. Among other things she has explicitly endorsed white nationalism.
In 2015 Trump said he didnt know who David Duke was, in 2024 he invites the racist to accompany him to the debate on his personal jet. I guess you could say the ensuing nine years have made him bolder.
Laura Loomer is one of the people on twitter who first began to spread the opinion that Haitians are cannibals.

Two days after Congresswoman Shelia Jackson Lee died from cancer on July 19th this year, Loomer viciously attacker her on twitter, seemingly rejoicing in her death -
“Even on her death bed, this ghetto bitch couldn’t keep President Trump’s name out of her disgusting mouth,” the conservative TV host wrote in a series of posts on X. Loomer initially reposted one of Jackson’s last posts ; a July 20 comment criticizing the former president.
“Sheila Jackson Lee will be remembered as a destructive force in America and one of the most low IQ members of Congress in the history of our nation.”
Jackson Lee was a graduate of Yale College and the University of Virginia Law School prior to serving 30 years in Congress. X users were quick to call Loomer’s “ghetto bitch” remarks racist and vile, including Jackson Lee’s former colleague in the Congressional Black Caucus, Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY.)
“These are the words of a rabid racist who represents everything that is rancid and rotten about the far right,” Torres wrote on X . “There is a special place in hell for Laura Loomer.”

Loomer has spread conspiracy theories about 9/11, as a reward she was invited to accompany Trump to last weeks 9/11 ceremonies in NY, and she did.
This morning I saw two Trump supporters, JD Vance, and also Pence's former chief of staff, a man named Marc Short, argue that there is nothing to see here in regards to Trump's affection for Laura Loomer. They say she doesnt work for the campaign. In my mind that is all the more reason that she shouldnt be traveling with Trump. One report said she egged Trump on to use the "eating cats and dogs" idea at the debate. Who knows what other insane thoughts she is planting in his already addled mind?
There is such a thing as "fitness for office", whether JD Vance and Marc Short like it or not. Someone who wants to be president that accepts vile , unhinged, racists as informal advisers is demonstrating that he is not fit.

Loomer has also made some pretty racist comments about Indians. I wonder how JD feels about that, considering his wife is Indian. Is he the new Ted Cruz, perfectly willing to allow his wife to be insulted for political gain?
I believe he said he makes a mean curry chicken, kind of laughing it off. The Republicans hold Trump to absolutely no standards of behavior. This is supposed to have a good ending eventually ?
Donald and J. D. are acting out right out in the face of our nation and by extension the world. They are saying, 'this is who we are' - like us or leave us. The GOP is so sorry and cowardly they leave it. The republic party is UNHEALTHY and UNSAFE for men, women, and children to participate in or idolize.
Loomer is a crazy lady. Association with her can only end badly.
There is no reason for Loomer to be with Trump other than he likes it. Does it not negatively reflect on his fitness for office ?
The so-called, GOP, if only for 'surface' reasons ought to publicly CONDEMN Donald's UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPRESIDENTIAL, association with Loomer who is what some trumpists call, "a crazy lady" and racist.
