Abu Mansoor al-Amriki, American Jihadi In Somalia, Has Few Friends Left

The Huffinton Post would like you to show sympathy, and empathise with the situation he find himself in. The "booty" of his jihad is not being shared to his satisfaction. The poor dude, just like Mick, he just cant get no satisfaction. I feel for him, no really Ido. Don't laugh.

Once his reputation was of a feared fighter, an American-born extremist who left small town Alabama to wage war alongside Al-Qaeda-linked Somali Islamists and who called on other foreigners to join. Today, Omar Hamami -- better known as Abu Mansooral-Amriki or "the American" -- has split from the insurgents, who want to kill him.

He cuts a forlorn figure: homesick , stuck somewhere in Somalia, and telling anyone who will listen about his apparently doomed career path.

"Amriki would like to accept the honour of most wanted list and thanks everyone," he said in a message on Twitter in November following his listing by the FBI on their Most Wanted Terrorists list.

He spends his days denouncing his former Shebab colleagues as corrupt. He refers to himself as the "former poster boy" of the group.

These are the Volunteers, those willing, and able to come to the defence of Islam when a jihad is called. They have appeared at various times in Islamic history,Turkey/ Armenia at the turn of the last century, Pakistan in the early 70s and to a lesser degree, far too many corners of the world now.

Omar, has traveled from Alabama (at his own expense) to Africa to participate in a "Jihad fi sabilillah" (struggle in the way of allah) Whose purpose is to make allah's word supreme. And implement the "way" or "path" of allah, which is the "sharia ". This path (sharia) can only be found in three sources. ( Qur'an , hadith and Sunnah Biography of Mohammad )

The term Razakar is originally derived from an Arabic word meaning volunteer. In the context of Islamic history Razakars were volunteers to defend or support Islam.

Second word is : "Khumus"

(Khumus: The One Fifth) of the "booty" derived from jihad. A fifth of it (the booty) is reserved for the leader of the enterprise.

"But yesterday I wanted to go beyond that and say to a large group of women who have suffered in the same kinds of ways that I have, that yes, I have survived rape and I have survived torture and to show solidarity with the one billion women around the world who have, Lindhout said.

She was also asked what exactly happened to her.

I was kept in chains in a dark room and I was starved and I was raped repeatedly by a group of teenaged boys.

The "left" likes to position itself as educated, aware of things in a way that the "right" is not.

They would like to arbitrate the moral direction of the nation. In a secular nature unaffected by bias or prejudgment so they say. No good leftist could be unaware that the paper of record (the New York Times) won the Pulitzer prize for this article in 2011.

There are only two solutions to this misunderstanding.

First:

Either the Huffington post writer is ignorant of any events in Somalia within the last twenty years or so. Because the context of the phrase "war booty", and it's historic connection with the phase "Spoils or war", is telling in it's omission. While not all Journalist read the Times, all competent ones who cover Africa read the Pulitzer winning entry who's topic is on their area of coverage. Such as this one.

Second:

Wanton indifference to human suffering or perhaps a more nefarious reason. Support!!

Short of cash and losing ground, the militants are also forcing families to hand over girls for arranged marriages that often last no more than a few weeks and are essentially sexual slavery, a cheap way to bolster their ranks flagging morale.

That is a hadith confirming and recording the circumstance of revelation. Quranic verse 4:24 made Halal," those whom your right hands possess" legal in the eyes of "allah" and by extension Mohammad to be used as an object of lust for the sexual satisfaction of the victorious jihadist, sex slaves to be precise.

That which allah as made halal, may not be made haram by mortal man. Heretics, and apostates are those who forget the way of the Prophet (sunnah) and are guilty of "bid'ah" or innovation. May allah in it's wisdom protect the Ummah from that.

Bangladesh war crimes trial: Delwar Hossain Sayeedi to die

A tribunal in Bangladesh has sentenced Islamist leader Delwar Hossain Sayeedi to death for crimes committed during the country's 1971 war of independence.

The Jamaat-e-Islami chief was found guilty of charges including murder, torture and rape. He is the most senior figure convicted so far.
