Biden: Zelenskyy 'Didn't Want to Hear' US Warnings on Russian Invasion
I know a lot of people thought I was maybe exaggerating

Hey, Zelensky, check the oil while you're under that bus.  Everyone should have known better than to believe the war in Ukraine was about anything other than Joe Biden.

Biden the Wise.  Biden the Strong.  Biden unified Europe and expanded NATO.  Biden defeated the Evil Empire and saved the world with financial finesse.  Biden won the war, erect a statue.  Glory to Biden!

But Biden is completely helpless when confronted by a $4.99 gallon of gasoline.

President Joe Biden said Friday that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy didn't want to hear US intelligence that indicated Russia was about to invade Ukraine.

Biden made the comments while speaking to donors in Los Angeles, California, about his continued to support for Ukraine, according to The Associated Press.

"Nothing like this has happened since World War II. I know a lot of people thought I was maybe exaggerating," Biden said, according to the outlet. He added the US had data that showed Russian President Vladimir Putin was going to invade.

"There was no doubt," Biden continued. "And Zelenskyy didn't want to hear it."

Prior to launching a full-scale invasion on February 24, Russia spent weeks building up its troops on the Ukrainian border, prompting speculation over whether or not they were preparing to invade, an allegation the Kremlin denied.

In late January, after US officials said it was likely Putin would invade soon, an unnamed Ukrainian official told CNN that Zelenskyy had told Biden to "calm down the messaging" about the invasion because it was creating a panic.

On Monday, US Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines said that Biden even declassified intelligence about Russia's invasion in an attempt to convince skeptical allies it was actually going to happen.

Since the war began, the US has provided tens of billions of dollars of aid to Ukraine, including thousands of weapons.

Ukraine successfully held off invasions of some of its largest cities, including the capital of Kyiv and Kharkiv, but fighting continues in the eastern Donbas region, where Russian forces have refocused.

Biden has begun searching for an exit.  The vaunted NATO unity is showing cracks.  And the collateral damage can't be swept under the rug.  Time to find scapegoats and write the chapter of Biden's glorious legacy as a wartime President.  Glory to Biden!

Zelensky knows the score.  Zelensky is searching for scapegoats, too.

The implications of this story by K. Vlamis is a lie.

The only real question here is why do the conservatives and right wing favor a Putin domination of Europe.

Joe Biden is bluntly stating that the Russian invasion of Ukraine was an expectation and not a surprise.  Biden is making an 'I told ya so' statement.

The implicit scapegoat is Zelensky for disregarding the warnings of Joe Biden.  Joe Biden was right and Volodymyr Zelensky was wrong.

So, here we are with a war in Ukraine.  If only Zelensky had listened to Biden the situation would have been different.

When a politician addresses a bad situation by trying to make themselves look better then that politician is searching for an exit.  That means the situation has become very bad, indeed, and someone else has to be blamed.  Biden is throwing Zelensky under the bus to see what the public response will be.  Eventually that will become a central theme in the politics swirling around the war in Ukraine.

Whatever Biden said was true.  What is the problem?

As far as Zelenskyy.  He knew also.  If you deny that you are a fool.  Vlamis' article is only to confuse, cast doubt and create division.  Is he a Putin puppet?

Situation is not bad.  Putin is losing.  He is losing on the battlefield, but his biggest losses are the 'cream of Russian society' fleeing for the exits and informing the world what is really happening behind Putin's self imposed iron curtain.

The only scapegoats here are those that aid Putin's cause in any way possible.  They are the suckers---or traitors.  Choose.  Choose wisely.
