A fascinating conglomerate of images. Tomorrow we will start a 3-day holiday weekend, Saturday to Monday. It is Mid-Autumn Festival in China. I will most likely post an article about that traditional festival on the Confucius group.
Thank you very much, dev. My Mother had a pot similar as well. She bought it in Tijuana MX when we first moved to So Cal. As you said.....Grandkids. (smile)
Thanks Kavika. It’s the powder room, with the camera pointed up towards the crown molding. I took it while peeing too. : ) (tmi?) The edited ones are must mirrored … obviously.
I hope you don't mind, but I adjusted your images to fit the page so that the whole image can be seen without having to scroll and not run off the side of the page They are quite fascinating and as the title of this weekend indicates - decorative.
Oh WoW, Pat! That really is a a very interesting as well as beautiful flower. I have never seen one of those. I really like how the colorful 'wands' reach out from the flower itself. Thank you so much for sharing this great photo with us.
One of the reasons why I so enjoy this group, is that I get to see the many wonderful gifts of Mother Nature that are shared here which I have not seen before.
Now that I think of it, I think the theme of this issue of the weekend creative arts session should be decorative items, so I've decided to add a few of those.
One should always look up when they enter a pagoda - here are the ceilings of three different pagodas. You can get a little dizzy looking at the third one.
Gotta say, you've let me down, RW. Everyone else here, too.
That one's by an artist named Flora Cloud. She's selling it for $380 at this link. You've simply cropped the image to remove her signature, tweaked the colors and contrast, and added a digital frame.
I used to think you were actually creating the images you post here, but thanks to Google Image Search over the past several weeks I see that almost everything you post is someone else's work. You just make a minor change or two – distant birds in the sky, a plant or flower in the foreground, a decorative feather here or there – and then frame them and present them as your own.
If you're going to do that, then at the very least you need to make it clear and credit the original artists. You probably also want to make sure that what you're working with is in the public domain.
I kind of feel like a fool for being so impressed with you in the past.
Obviously, this needs to be addressed. I am looking into the name "Flora Cloud" but will make no judgement/decision until this can be verified, explained, clarified, acknowledged, disclaimed, etc. .
This issue has been dealt with and I have removed both comments made after your comment Mac, in keeping with your wishes. I expect this issue to be done with.

First things first; Check theArticle at the link below.
The Crocus Flower and frame are just beautiful, Mac. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I agree with Raven's opinion.
I always liked a purple and orange color combo.
Spring is here..the curators cottage in our gardens. Built in 1857 from blue stone...
Daffodils one of my favourite flowers...
The Daffies are one of my favorite flowers. They are both cute and beautiful.
A very picturesque cottage - I would love to live in a house like that.
Yes funny about that I always wanted to as well..I have been inside and I would be perfectly content living there.
Most of the historic buildings in my town are constructed from blue stone and are as solid as the day they were built.
One to start the new 3-Day weekend....

Lovely floral array Buzz. Beauties one and all.
A double rainbow, the outside rainbow is very faint since I didn't get out for the photo until the sun took most of the second one away.
Stone Creek. Ocala, FL.
I can see the second rainbow. Did you see the photo of the one over Buckingham and Windsor castles when the Queen died?
Internet image
Yes, I did see it and it was stunning.
Lovely rainbows, Kavika. A nice contrast between Father Sky and Mother Earth.

Morning Mac.. stunning!! You and Raven certainly do have a wonderful talent and feel very privileged you share it with us..
Everyone who comes to our Group offers something unique and of value, but thank you.
Thank you, shona. I am honored to be one of many who share their artwork here in this group.
I said no personal commentary. Will delete any others going forward.
Absolutely awesome, Mac. It gives the essence of floating in air. Very well done!
Simply beautiful, Mac.
Love it, Hal.
Thanks Kavika. It’s the powder room, with the camera pointed up towards the crown molding. I took it while peeing too. : ) (tmi?) The edited ones are must mirrored … obviously.
Very impressive, and very beautiful as well, Hal.

September's flower.
A very colorful flower, and a beautiful complimenting frame. Very nicely done!
Spider Lily
I don't think I've ever seen that kind of flower before.
This was taken few months ago and was the first time I saw one also.

Thank you Raven Wing, and you're very welcome ! I spotted this next to the street in front of an artist's studio.
That makes sense. Such an artistically beautiful flower would seem perfectly suited for an artist's studio.
Now that I think of it, I think the theme of this issue of the weekend creative arts session should be decorative items, so I've decided to add a few of those.

All beautiful, and as you say, the third one can make one feel a bit dizzy, and the second one as well.
Saturday is here again.....
A Fancy Shawl Dancer
I think that's an outstanding image.
Thank you very much, Buzz.

Let’s have no commentary on this until RW has addressed the allegation.

I will allow a reasonable period of time for a response or resolution, after which I will make a definitive statement to the group.
I have referred this to Perrie as the owner of TheNewstalkers.com. Until she decides what comes next, there is to be no personal back and forth.
Not a bad way to start the week...
You're not just kidding. What is that? Chicken Pot Pie? What a great place to sit and eat a meal.
Lemon tart and clotted cream and capucinno...down at the cafe by the harbour.
Perfect !!!
After a scratch and a good grunting session all is now quiet. Snooze time..
