The photo to which you refer was not at all fuzzy in its original iteration. I did not attempt to make it look like a painting to work around “fuzziness” just to be clear.
That is a really beautiful and serene photo, EG. It looks like a place I would love to sit and meditate in the solitude of the Spiritual surroundings. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.
There are only four of these monuments to her in the US, this one in Ocala is the fourth. Since we are the horse capital of the world and the builder and owner of WEC wanted a horse separate from racing that signified the courage/beauty/determination of horses and of being part of history, he wanted this monument from the early days of the building process. The minute I saw it at the grand opening I knew who she was as I had seen the one at Camp Pendelton in CA.

As I've indicated previously, I'm not getting around much to take photos these days, especially since the Covid virus is cropping up in my area now, and I've not been vaccinated, so you may have seen some of these.
1. Lantern Festival Time - Chongqing - back from when I first met my wife.
.
2. TV & Radio Tower, Chengdu, Sichuan Province - we ate a delicious meal up there.
.
3. A view of eastern downtown Chongqing from the other side of the Yangtze River.
.
4. Malls on Nanbin Road that runs along the Yangtze River, Chongqing, at Christmas time.
.
5. A building we passed on the way to the Expats Thanksgiving Dinner - no longer held due to Covid.
.
6. Directly across the road from where we live - huge department store entrance on the left.
.
7. Taken on a night boat tour of the canals of Suzhou, not far from Shanghai.
.
8. Reflections in Liuzhou, Guanxi Province
.
9. We had dinner and a nighttime tour of the Yangtze River on such a boat.
.
10. Not a night shot at all, in fact taken in broad daylight, but inside a cave in Guilin, Guanxi Province.
Oh WoW! Father Sky bathed the lake in amazing colors that make the water look like liquid gold and bronze. And the silhouettes of the ducks on the water in the forefront ads a touch of reality and beauty.
Indeed. And Congress is always in campaign mode instead of focusing on the needs of our people of all walks of life and the needs of our country. They waste taxpayers money by fighting with each other, making false accusations about each other, inciting riots and insurrections instead of doing what they are actually elected and paid to do. They are more concerned about what is best for their party and how much political and monetary power they can maintain.
First things first.

Ah, when it comes to "Fuzzy Fotos", in an attempt to make a photo look like a painting, I submit my attempt...
You're thinking of someone else.
You're mistaken. I took that photo through a train window while travelling in Guangxi Province, China. I don't take photos of pictures in magazines.
The photo to which you refer was not at all fuzzy in its original iteration. I did not attempt to make it look like a painting to work around “fuzziness” just to be clear.
I assumed it was not a "fuzzy" photo in its original form.
That would make for a great painting.
I would have to agree.
Beautiful Buzz!
I love all of your newest additions, Mac!

Really great photos GG - We've learned to expect no less.
Muchas gracias, Buzz
The last one almost looks VanGough-ish. All of them are just lovely, G.
Merci beaucoup, Perrie
Early November in Wisconsin
Beautiful.
Thanks for the reminder of when that was an annual scene for me - now I no longer experience ice and snow.
My kind of image EG.
That is a really beautiful and serene photo, EG. It looks like a place I would love to sit and meditate in the solitude of the Spiritual surroundings. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.
Very nice, EG
World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida honors Veterans today. As soon as you enter the main area there is a huge monument of Sargent Reckless USMC.
The story of Sargent Reckless...
Wow, a memorial to a brave horse. How very unique! Thanks for sharing!

It fits perfectly with WEC and it's surroundings.
And he picked a horse in history that could fill all that criteria perfectly, as well as doing great honor to the WEC.
There really are a lot of interesting things around where you now live. But is the new hurricane heading your way?
No, just had a rainy day.
What a beautiful monument of Sargent Reckless USMC, and its peaceful surrounding area. As well as its amazing story. Thank you for sharing it with us.

A very nicely put together fish, nicely put together by you.
Oh WoW! That is truly an amazing image, Mac. Very well done!

Evening on Little Lake Arlington, Stone Creek Ocala, FL.

Kavika, the colours of the water make that an absolutely fantastic photo.
Blue ribbon for getting those ducks in an aesthetically beautiful row!
Great photo

Exceptional
Now that is truly amazing, Mac. I love how your imagination and artists eye works for you to be able to come up with such awesome artwork.
Very, very well done.
Looks like everyone went home. I'll give this a little more time and then call it.
They're celebrating the midterm results.
And now we get to start again...every two years.....
Seems like we are always in campaign mode.

And that goes for both sides.

I may be the only one to agree with everything you said, and I'll keep my mouth shut about what I personally believe.
I didn't have anything this week except a low quality shot of the moon with a ring around it. Didn't seem worthy.
I haven't had any new ones recently. My Aunt is coming for a visit and wants to go to our new aquarium. If we go I might get some pics of it.
I was looking through my phone and every once in a while I come across a pic and wonder, what the hell was that?
One of those times. I can only think I was on the water at the time.
Haha. That is a mystery.
What the heck, I'll go ahead and post my moon shot from a few nights ago. That's Mars on the left inside the halo.
I can see it. The spot on the left.
That's an interesting shot, Ender.
That's great.
I actually like the halo.
Bubbles rising from a boat propeller?
Who knows...Haha
I can figure I was on the boat near sunset. What the blob on the left is I have no idea.
I don't see anything wrong with a misty moon shot.
Looks like the back of an outboard with the sun reflecting off the water behind it.
Good night all, peace on the lake, Stone Creek.
Well, OK. I'll keep this open until I get back from the gym around noon on Monday.
See everyone Thursday night; thanks to all.
