DISNEY MOVIE QUIZ
DISNEY MOVIE QUIZ
PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR ANSWERS, ANY MOVIE OR ACTOR NAMES OR EVEN A HINT IN A COMMENT, OR YOU WILL RUIN THE QUIZ FOR EVERYONE ELSE. POST THEM IN A PRIVATE NOTE TO ME, BUZZ OF THE ORIENT, AND I WILL REPLY WITH YOUR SCORE AND THE CORRECT ANSWERS.
Don't forget that I am on the other side of the world (of most of you) and I could be asleep when you send your answers, so be patient - I will get to your PN as soon as I can.
PLEASE, PLEASE , READ WHAT IS BELOW FIRST AND FOLLOW THE RULES IN ORDER TO GET FULL MARKS FOR YOUR ANSWERS. IT IS ALWAYS A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM THE LAST QUIZ.
Due to the fact that it was Disney's Centennial was a few days ago it is timely to do a Disney movies quiz. As usual, besides the two image clues, the third clue is and it is REQUIRED that the movie MUST be a movie on the IMDb list of 100 Best Disney Movies Ever that is linked following this paragraph. I have seen no more than 2 or 3 of the movies on this quiz that I can remember, so, as always, some of the movies can be identified from just the images that often just spell out the title, but some may require you to either have watched the movies or be familiar with them or will require you to do a little research into them because the clues might represent an item, fact, scenario or aspect that will require you to have seen the movie or know the story or what the film is about. I don't think any of them are actual screen shots from the movies. I try to use clues that do not make it easy to do a web search, and since this is a test of your knowledge of movies, web searching using web programs that identify movies from the clues is cheating.
100 Best Disney Movies Ever (IMDb) LINK -> https://www.imdb.com/list/ls000422381/
Note that I never use the same movie more than once in the same quiz, and usually the order of the clues is important
THE RULES
I am being fairly lenient in my scoring, and not overly concerned about spelling mistakes, punctuation, capitalizing or leaving out or adding an extraneous "A" or "The" or obvious typos, but especially if you guess the answer you should check the movie name on the linked list or web to make sure it is the full and correct name. For example, and this will be important for all my quizzes, you will lose a half mark if you make the title one word if it is two, or two words when it is only one because that means to me that you are not sure of the title. Just identifying the images does not necessarily mean that you know the name of the movie . That is only one of the reasons why it is important for you to check your answers with the list to make sure they are correct. As well, if you can convince me that my clues are equally as relevant for or better indicative of a movie other than the one I've chosen, provided it is one of the first 100 movies on the IMDb list linked above, I will accept that alternative as a good answer. In a couple of the recently previous quizzes I did accept alternatives for two of the questions. Please also send only one answer for each question - I cannot score it if you provide more than one movie per question.
A situation came up on a previous quiz where the movie list link I used came up with a different name than the one the participant opened although it was the same link, so if that happens, please tell me. Be careful to use ONLY the list linked above, because there are other similar lists that will not have the same movies.
SPECIAL HINT FOR THOSE WHO BOTHER TO READ WHAT'S ABOVE
Although some of the movies can be identified by just one of the clues, some of the clues can apply to the wrong movie, so it is IMPORTANT to take BOTH clues into consideration.
Please number your answers the same as the questions.

This one is a gift to you all, it's so easy it's meant to make you laugh, and you will when you look at the clues - the answers are so obvious. I expect everyone to score big, even if some of those who never try the quizzes do this one as a really needed break from the wars in Europe, the Middle East and the U.S. Congress. So enter the world of Disney and have some fun, but remember as always....

You're making me happy.

Fun, and easier than most. Guess there are some who think that having fun is contrary to the law and their faith.
Buzz's movie school is in session, Disney is the class so try the quiz
If anyone was thinking about diving into a pool of fun, this would be the one, because the next one might not be such a gift. Anyway, school is still in session, so advice to the timid, don't be a truant.
submitted
Received and scored, thank you.
NOTICE TO INTENDING PARTICIPANTS
There is only about 22 hours from now left to submit answers on this REALLY easy FUN quiz. Next one is bound to be harder, so it's best to cut your teeth on this one.
Back to the front page.
And in the first spot at that.
Right in the middle on top.
You did it. Thank you.
And a bumpski to remain on the front page, maybe get back to that first spot...
With only 3 more hours to go we're there now, thanks.
And so......as at the end of a Disney movie...
This quiz is done, and I'm happy that we reached double digit participants again, almost all of whom got perfect 20 scores, so achieving that are, in order of submitting answers, Dig, Snuffy, Jasper2529, Kathleen, Veronica, charger 383, bccrane, Perrie and Split Personality. Vic Eldred places second with a 19 score, and although we have not seen him for a long time, Ed-NavDoc showed third place with 13 1/2 but I'm sure he would have got a higher score if he didn't rush through the quiz. For me, this quiz was more than fun, because it brought back memories.
Congratulations to all and thanks for playing.

I will be posting the next quiz within the next hour. Because of a couple of interests of one of our most loyal quiz participants, it will be on the topic of Cars & Trains.
Thanks Buzz, this was a fun quiz down memory lane.
Congrats all, well done.
Cars and Trains, that will be fun
It's posted now, and hopefully will get enough votes up and comments to keep it on the Front (Home) Page.
As I said above preparing that quiz brought back memories. When I was a little kid, maybe I was 5 or 6, my mother took me to see Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. I think I was a pretty impressionable kid. Do you remember this scene in the movie - a dwarf digging a jewel out of the wall?
On the other side of the driveway beside our house, the house next door had walls of stucco, embedded with little pieces of coloured glass. Here is what it looked like.
Now imagine what went through my mind. Well, you're probably right. I took a hammer and banged a whole bunch of "jewels" out of the neighbour's wall, all along a row about the same height as my shoulders. Of course not only did the "jewels" come out, but so did the little stones, leaving a trail of bare patches on the wall.
Don't ask about how long my ass was sore after my father found out.
My apologies to Kathleen. I had missed recording her score of 20 on my running tally sheet when she submitted her answers and then didn't realize I had left her off the winner's list, but she's included now.
Congratulations to all!
Well deserved.
