THE WHOLE SHEBANG
THE WHOLE SHEBANG
PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR ANSWERS, ANY MOVIE OR ACTOR NAMES, MOVIE QUOTES OR EVEN A HINT IN A COMMENT, OR YOU WILL RUIN THE QUIZ FOR EVERYONE ELSE. POST THEM IN A PRIVATE NOTE TO ME, BUZZ OF THE ORIENT, AND I WILL REPLY WITH YOUR SCORE AND THE CORRECT ANSWERS.
Don't forget that I am on the other side of the world (of most of you) and I could be asleep when you send your answers, so be patient - I will get to your PN as soon as I can.
PLEASE, PLEASE , READ WHAT IS BELOW FIRST AND FOLLOW THE RULES IN ORDER TO GET FULL MARKS FOR YOUR ANSWERS. IT IS ALWAYS A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM THE LAST QUIZ.
Not just one topic, but THE WHOLE SHEBANG , so besides the two image clues, the third clue is and it is REQUIRED that the movie MUST be a movie listed on the linked IMDb list following this paragraph. I have seen only about 5 of the movies on this quiz that I can remember, so, as always, some of the movies can be identified from just the images that often just spell out the title, but some may require you to either have watched the movies or be familiar with them or will require you to do a little research into them because the clues might represent an item, fact, scenario or aspect that will require you to have seen the movie or know the story or what the film is about. However, all you need is the linked IMDb list to find the answers. I don't think any of the clues are actual screen shots from the movies. I try to use clues that do not make it easy to do a web search, and since this is a test of your knowledge of movies, web searching using web programs that identify movies from the clues is cheating.
Top 80 movies about fine arts, visual artists, writers, film directors, painters, sculptures, musicians, composers, actors, dancers ballet and psychologists (IMDb) LINK -> https://www.imdb.com/list/ls534836233/
IMPORTANT: Although the title says 80 movies, the list is actually 92 movies, and the quiz movies were chosen from the full list.
Note that I never use the same movie more than once in the same quiz, and usually the order of the clues is important
THE RULES
I am being fairly lenient in my scoring, and not overly concerned about spelling mistakes, obvious typos, punctuation, capitalizing or leaving out or adding an extraneous "A" or "The" but especially if you guess the answer you should check the movie name on the linked lists or web to make sure it is the full and correct name. For example, and this will be important for all my quizzes, you will lose a half mark if you make the title one word if it is two, or two words when it is only one because that means to me that you are not sure of the title and you never checked your answer with the list to make sure it is correct. Just identifying the images does not necessarily mean that you know the name of the movie. That is only one of the reasons why it is important for you to check your answers with the lists to make sure they are correct. As well, if you can convince me that my clues are equally as relevant for or better indicative of a movie other than the one I've chosen, provided it is one of the movies on the IMDb list linked above , I will accept that alternative as a good answer. In previous quizzes I did accept alternatives for the questions. Please also send only one answer for each question - I cannot score it if you provide more than one movie name per question.
More than once a situation came up on previous quizzes where the movie list link I used came up with a different name than the one the participant opened although it was the same link, so if that happens, and usually it is a foreign movie, please tell me when I score your answers. Be careful to use ONLY the list linked above, because there may be other similar lists that will not have the same movies on them.
SPECIAL HINT FOR THOSE WHO BOTHER TO READ WHAT'S ABOVE
Although some of the movies can be identified by just one of the clues, some of the clues can apply to the wrong movie, so it is IMPORTANT to take BOTH clues into consideration.
Please number your answers the same as the questions.

Don't laugh when you open the list, because you're going to see that this quiz IS about THE WHOLE SHEBANG. I think it's going to be pretty easy so it won't be a big challenge but it should be fun to seek out the movies identified by the clues, because the clues are all found on the list, and note that the list actually names 92 movies so don't stop at 80. So let's see how you do with this one, but remember, as always....

This quiz will be closed on December 1st at 10: p.m. New York Time.
It looks like I should be able to nail 19 of them.
Why not the whole shebang?
Interesting selection, this should be fun.
Easy, but fun and a distraction.
Looking forward to doing it!

I don't understand that gif or its relevance. Please explain it to me in a PN to me, Buzz of the Orient, NOT HERE.
My reply to you was posted an hour ago. I will wait another two hours and if I have not had a satisfactory answer PNed to me I will delete your comment in accordance with the posted RED BOX RULES of this group.

Maybe we were when you posted 8 hours ago, but we're not there now because a whole lot of new articles have been posted since. Three more days to go, and nobody can see us.
Still working on it. Between hunting and work, I am fitting it in and have just a few to go, the eraser is taking a beating on this one.
Glad you're still in the game. We've been off the Front (Home) Page long enough for people to forget we exist.
I see that your answers have now been submitted.
Thursday morning bump, back to the Front Page you!!!
Almost done ... and bump!
Looking forward to your answers. And thanks to you and Snuffy for getting us back on top.
In about 13 hours, i.e. at about 10 p.m. New York time tonight this quiz will be closed. Only 5 members have played. Due to this lack of response I'm wondering if I should post a new quiz tonight, or wait a while before doing so.
I'd wait.
Maybe I should do a poll about that.
Submitted The Whole Shebang
With guesses, a bump, and a bang!
Received and scored. Thank you, and thanks for the bump as well.
Just submitted (I think), my internet connection is really slow for some reason, so let me know.
And yet another bump.
Got your answers, and they are now scored. Thanks for that and the bump.
Sent them in. I have been busy and was stuck on 2 but think I figured them out
Received and scored, thanks.
This quiz is now closed. Although this quiz had a slow start we almost made double digit participation, so I guess the long Thanksgiving Holiday weekend had something to do with that. Everyone is in the winners' circle - First place with scores of 20 in order of submitting answers includes Dig, Perrie and bccrane. Just missing first place but with a score of 19 1/2 is Split Personality. Tied for third place by scoring 19 are Veronica, Jasper2529 and Vic Eldred and Honourable Mention goes to Snuffy and charger 383 who both scored 18. This quiz was a little more challenging than the previous few, but I think that's a good thing because I was getting worried that when the quiz is too easy it could become boring and not so much fun. The next one will be similar in that regard to this one. Congratulations to all who made the winners' circle and thanks to all who participated and helped out by commenting and voting up the quiz.
