Sharing meals and memories is one way to describe the feast of Thanksgiving . Celebrated every year on the fourth Thursday of November, families come together gratefully for this holiday. To make the time special, here are some of the best movies you can sit back and watch with a stomach full of turkey and pumpkin pie.
Holidays bring in warmth. And that's what makes it special. From putting on your best behavior to good food, everyone waits for holidays to come. Thanksgiving can be traced back to 1621 when it is assumed to be celebrated first. It was celebrated as a harvest festival in the earlier days. But it has obviously changed. Now moving on to those light and happy movies.

Toula, unmarried at 30, is who everyone is concerned about. She initially works at her parent's Greek restaurant and then moves to work at her aunt's travel agency. Friendsgiving (2020)
This is a perfect watch for Thanksgiving! Two friends decided to have a quiet meal for the holiday this year. But it is unexpected that there would be more people joining the feast. Thus the hosts, Molly and Abbey end up hosting a comical and dysfunctional dinner. The movie is light and good for a laugh.

Maybe not up to the mark of 'A Charlie Brown Christmas' and 'It's The Great Pumpkin' , but it is worthy enough to fill in the gap between Halloween and Christmas. Peppermint Patty infiltrates Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving Holiday, along with her friends. It's a good movie to watch with your children.
One True Thing (1998)

This is a perfect animation movie to watch laid back on a Thanksgiving evening. Mr. Fox breaks his promise to his wife and raids the farms of his human neighbor. This endangers not only his family but also his family and other animal friends. Mr. Fox has to use his instincts and rise above the situation. Will he?
Addams Family Values (1993)
The spooky-kooky family saga with their weird and gothic ways. The movie revolves around the new nanny Debbie who is planning to marry Uncle Fester and kill him for his riches. Wednesday and Pugsley who knows something's up. So they're to move away to a summer camp where they have a completely bonkers musical rendition.
