10 favourite movies from the last decade

An article like this was posted on the Front Page instead of here, but since this group seems to be little more than my personal diary I'll post my response here.  I cannot choose the movies I see because I don't go to movie theatres, having been to one only once in the more than 13 years I've been here, and I only see movies on the 8 cable 24/7 TV movie channels that are not entirely Chinese.  Movies from all over the world are shown and usually there is at least one if not more playing at any time in English, from America, Canada, the UK, Australia, South Africa or New Zealand. In keeping with copyright laws, only movies that are at least 2 or 3 years old are shown,  In any event, my list of favourites, in no particular order, starting from the year 2010 are are as follows.

The Accountant,  (2016)  Ben Affleck is an autistic savant - I want to see this movie again.

12 Years a Slave,  (2013)  One HAS to sympathize with a free man being abducted as he was.

Argo,  (2012)  A movie about Canada's rescue of hostages from Iran that made it look as if Canada did almost nothing and Americans were the big heroes.

Drive,  (2011)  Starred Canadian Ryan Gosling that was okay but ended up equivocally.

The King's Speech,  (2010) I enjoyed watching it more than once.

Moneyball.   (2011)  Being at one time a big Blue Jays fan it was interesting to see the intricacies of the financial side ot the game.

Dunkirk,  (2017)  This was a lesson in history, about the planning, the concerns on how to rescue the hundreds of thousands of soldiers that were stranded on the beaches of Europe with the Germans approaching, especially since the USA refused to send ships to rescue them.

Life of Pi,  (2012)  I am intending to do an article about the director, Ang Lee, whom I believe has done brilliant work in his field.

Edge of Tomorrow,  (2014)  Tom Cruise repeats every day in battle until he can figure out a way to escape.

Interstellar,  (2014)  As a lifelong SF fan, I found this movie to be quite a fascinating concept.
