This is past tense and nothing to do with Obama Care. Just how much are your being soaked above and beyond what the Insurance Company covers. Insurance companies say they just don't know you can flat bet they know where every dollar goes and how much you hasve to spend. It is all part of how they align their Insurance rates and deductables done to the penny. They also track every desease known to man and decide what they will pay for and what they refuse paying for.

Get the facts the Insurance Company does not want you to Know. They eventually get bailed out by medicaid and Medicare keep the rest for profits. It is why they are probably still one of the richestgroup of Corporationsin the country.
