24 Famous Photos You Wont Believe Were Fake
Lately there have been a number of postings that make use of photoshopping and other techniques to manipulate the photos and produce ones that are in fact fake. It is relevant to show these, many of which went viral circulated by persons who thought they were real, or simply wanted to fool others. Thanks to cracked.com, here is a series of photos that were in fact faked.
A great example of faking a photo to smear a politician, and I recall seeing the fake when it was circulated, is this one:

The removal of a pole behind the head of Mary Vecchio at Kent State really made no difference other than to remove an unnecessary distraction, but the fake photo of John Kerry sitting with Jane Fonda was a nasty.
Agreed Buzz, the Kent State photo is iconic, and the removal of the post does nothing to change the dynamic of the photo.
Amazing, what can be done with photos today.
