It is rare to see a sunset other than just the sky turning sort of yellowish where I am, but my memories go back to when I was a little kid sitting on the screened porch of my grandmother's cottage overlooking a bay. The waves sparkled with the reflection of the sun and then the multi-colours formed in the sky. Every night was a different show. Thanks for the memories (as Bob Hope used to say).
The sky looks as though it's on fire.
Enjoy
Forgot to add, both photos were taken shortly after a thunder storm.
It's a real drag Barb..LOL
I posted one yesterday entitled ''Lake on Fire''...it's really amazing. It's on the front page and photography.
Great photo Barb. Love the channel with a boat heading out.
Is that Lake Superior Barb?
Great photos Kivika. That last one looks like a blast has just gone off. Beautiful.
Thanks six. The last one is really different, I don't ever remember of seeing one quite like that.
Yes, it does look like a blast had gone off.
Thanks for stopping by.

Your most welcome Buzz, happy that they did bring back some good memories for you.
I also posted another one, ''Lake on Fire'', I know that you'll love it. It reminds me of Canada and northern Minnesota.
