Easy to see why she got cut. She asks too many damn good questions regardless of which side of the aisle the interviewee sides with. Basically, she doesn't fit the CNN mold of being rather soft and biased. Too bad, but some other network will profit.
CNN has really gone down the tubes. There was a time and place it had high journalistic standards, but no longer. Now all the corporation owned TV news outlets no longer report news in an unbiased fashion, but pander to ideological parasites, for ratings.
I gave up on talking head, TV years ago. Save for occasionally watching the PBS Newshour, I get all my news online, from multiple sources.
So do I. Unless some one has it on in the doctors office I try to never listen to CNN . Aeon we do agree sometimes. I've liked Soledad from the beginning dedicated hard working and good mother. Guess that part doesn't count for way to many any more.
That's too bad. She is one of the very few folks on the blathering talking head pundit twenty four hour useless opinion entertainment based vehicle for conspicuous consumption we call network news these days. I guess she asked questions that made too many folks nervous.
Hopefully she will carry on somewhere else less obnoxious.
I remember watching her first day on the Today Show. I thought she was absolutely great - the combination of smart and beautiful = a real benefit to the program.
cnn is on the inside track to be fux lite!
