That was actually quite interesting . It explains how one can go about setting up the formula for the Lorentz contraction that is used extensively in special relativity .

I thought that it made it easy for a lay person to understand. Saying that time is constant and not, is a tough concept. Showing the link to gravity, even harder. This did it in a really fun way... at least I thought so.
