NO BUTTERFLIES!
There are several theories as to why the last two years in particular are butterfly-sparse.
I find it worrisome.

It's troubling.
We have some butterflies Mac, but notnear the number that we had in the past couple of years.
Not a good sign.
I see a fair number here in California. More Monarchs than anything else ...
Bees are also decreasing in number. I wonder if its related? (They may have figured out how to solve the bee problem by now IDK).
Just came across this from Jan. 2014:
I see Monarchs every spring/early summer. They're almost tame.
Lots of moths here, but I don't remember ever seeing a butterfly.
