I was hoping we could cook some up depending on what we catch or we can release them if you want.  I just like to fish, it's relaxing.....shhhh, no talking.  Let's just listen to the water and the wilderness - pass me a beer.

Well I suppose we could eat a few of them, depending as you say on what we catch, like trout (handing Pj a Guinness).

Correct Pj, the both the beer and the chocolate bars must be a part of the experience.

Mac,

Photos like this make my life more interesting.  I might end up fishing there someday (and I assure you, I will eat whatever I catch).

Catch and release, barbless hooks, artificial lures -- fly fishing recommended -- beer works for me (but don't leave the cans by the stream).

I'll take you out for pizza after the fishing (please don't hurt, kill or eat my fish).

I probably wouldn't be able to fly fish because it has a lot to do with the flick of the wrist and for some reason guys have been wrist flick form.......I wonder why???  hahahaha

Who's bringing the Simvastatin?

Lemme guess, you didn't need a tripod......

Depth of field is GREAT! (you can see the leaves in the background, the rippling water 100 yards upstream)

Can't wait to see a closeup.......

But the real eye catcher?

The splintered tree, you can actually see the grain of the wood and the color change doesn't blur....

(Of course I clicked on it and looked at the larger pic)

Great shot Mac.

Can't wait to see your talent revealed to it's fullest extent using that tool.

Correct; I'll post the meta data later.

I haven't put the camera on a tripod yet … but I will soon and when I do, I wonder what shots at f22 will look like!

And that larger picture is actually a low resolution (96dpi) version; the full resolution shot is 20"x16" @ 300dpi.

I appreciate the scrutiny and kind words.

Just returned from the mountains/forests/streams … I took a lot of pictures and we will see what they look like after dinner.

Thanks for coming in to the view.
