Not a lot of attention being paid to discussions other than the political ones; after staying away from photography and art for a while, I'll try it again.
THIS ONE'S FOR BUZZ … but anyone can look and comment.
They do serve Poutine and Nanaimo Pie, and the prices are out of this world for everything. But then maybe I'm thinking back to my days in school when we would have a businessman's 3 course meal for $1.35.
Although they are not necessarily known for their architecture, the Canadians did an impressive job constructing their World Showcase Pavilion. Or I should say, Disney did a nice job on their behalf. The Hotel du Canada, modeled after Ottawa’s Fairmont Chateau Laurier, is the Pavilion’s largest and most magnificently detailed building. Although visitors are not allowed inside the Hotel, Le Cellier is located directly underneath it.

It has a French look, resembling a building in Quebec City.
I wonder if inside they serve poutine, Nanaimo bars, beavertails and butter tarts.
Here's the menu, Buzz

I love Quebec City. It's like going to Europe in N. America!
Definitely French Gothic style.
Monolithic in scope, Don't know if there are too many buildings like that in Canada, But you should be able to see a few in Quebec.
For Example....
And...
Finally....
Sure look similar to me....
Maybe after the election I'll post more pictures.
What election?
LOL Buzz!
Mac, you make me want to go back to Disney. Great shot!
you make me want to go back to Disney.
I have a load of Disney pix from our last trip … just getting around to posting them; the Canada Pavilion is the first.
Nice photo Mac, but there is no ''Maple Leaf'' so I doubt that it's really Canadian.

And there is no hockey puck, positive proof that it's not Canadian.
I loved the Canadian Pavilion at Disney! It was fabulous and made me want to visit Canada! Lovely pictures!
Here's another from Disney World Canada.
