How I'd love to hit the Lottery and pay for a NewsTalkers Meet at Walt Disney World … with my dearest NT friends staying with me at The Wilderness Lodge.
That's among a few of the things at the top of my wish list.
I'd surprise the hell out of a couple of NT members (who I wager would never believe I'd include them, which might piss off some of the other members I'd invite … but we'd bond at "The Happiest Place on Earth"). *
* Yes, it's true … I'm a hopelessly romantic liberal Gemini … **
I would certainly go with you, if allowed! What fun!
But I would pay my own way, if at all possible!
No way anyone I'd invite would pay … I know it's a fantasy … but it's a good one. And one of the best aspects of that fantasy would be paying for everything for everyone (except maybe you'd be on your own in the gift shops … with the caveat that no one buy any gifts for me personally … for my grandkids … that's ok).
More than seventy years since I've been there. I guess there's as much change in it as there's been in me. I, too, would love to meet my NT friends face-to-face. As in Guys and Dolls - "Luck Be a Lady Tonight."
Wait a sec - that's not the new math, it's just my ridiculous calculation. It's been more than 35 years - they had just opened Epcot the last time I was there. One of the times I was there I got a huge discount because I was Canadian - it was just after the "Canadian Caper" (the rescue of the Iranian hostages by Canada).

** But don't take that for softness.
NOTE: Buying a lottery ticket tomorrow.

"If allowed," Dowser?
I wouldn't want to go without you.

Good night!
Seems like there aren't too many interested in the Disney World thing.
I'll still buy the lottery ticket in the morning.
What the heck.
I purchased the lottery ticket this morning …
