I have a really nice video with the water rushing and swirling around me from where I took the shot … BUT, when I try to upload videos to the site, they are choppy.
That IS frustrating! Are they .wmv? .avi? What ever they are, if you have it on your computer, you may be able to save it as a different kind that CAN take out the hitches and glitches... That's happened to me before, too. There are all kinds of different formats and types and free programs to convert them from one to the other...
BEST of luck to you, my friend. Anything computer is synonymous with frustrating, to me!
Seriously, try converting the .mov file to a .avi file or a .wmv file. Try posting it again, and it may work! I don't understand what all these file types mean, but sometimes there is too much movement for a file type to convey it smoothly, and a different file type works better! Don't ask me why... I don't know!
I use a free converter file program... Freemake, which is ok. I've used others that are better. Freemake wants to install a little program on your computer... There are several free ones online that don't install on your computer. Be careful of bloatware, if you install it-- you have to say NO, if you don't want that stuff, and none of us do!
The stream is low due to lack of rainfall … too low to catch Brook Trout … but just fine to capture some pretty nice pix.
Beautiful picture!!! Wish I were there!

They are .mov and are perfect when viewed with QuickTime.

That's what they're saying about Houston, right about now, I hear... I hope they get the flooding under control!
