I think Buzz has it, but I see the bottom of the foot Dowser as well.  Puts a whole new meaning to club foot.

Nice Shot.

The formation on the left?

Curl the fingers of your left hand into a fist but leave the pinky extended.

The formation on the right?

Hold you right hand straight up all fingers extended.

If that actually means anything I'll leave you to decide all that...
