On a SCALE of 1-10, it's Canyon Visitors (Upper Left Intersection of the Horizontal and Vertical Thirds) ONE, CANYON - SEVERAL MILLION (or more). So much for SCALES OF 1-10.
I have not been around for a while TMC (too much crap), but always enjoy your your photography shots!

By the way, why limit ourselves to Sundays - a concerted effort by the membership could result in "civilized" (emphasis on civil) discussions every day on all subjects.
Man, so happy to see you; I inquired a while back as to whether or not anyone had seen you -- got no responses.
I'll try to initiate other such features … "Moderate-Monday," "Tolerant Tuesday," "Willfully-Wonderful-Wednesday" …
Virtually everyone these days has a cell phone with a camera feature … maybe a request for certain types of photos could work on a daily basis; not a competition -- rather a gathering to share.

Hey brother I too am tired of spending good time to offer intelligent positions and counter positions only to be trashed into silence with the vitriol.
So at this point in time I'm leaving the others to their beliefs and opinions. There is no point to it anyway, I never going to change anyone's minds and there are not enough people wanting to discuss rational knowledge to make it worth it.
So I only comment to attempt to illuminate and forego all the rest.
But even that is getting to be too much.
Much respect to you and I hope you come back and stay around. We cannot afford to lose anymore rational thinking members.
Not sure that I am any more rational than anyone else, I just am able to see more than one side of an issue and one point of view in a discussion/disagreement and I can totally disagree with and counter a point of view without the need to denigrate an individual or a group of individuals that think differently than I do.
If more people approached discussions on NT in that manner then I and others would participate more often.
How about "MORATORIUM MONDAY … Focus on VISUAL, not VITRIOL!"
Post any form of graphic art/photography, leave a comment and invite all members to join in and LEAVE THE VITRIOL for whatever amount of time you care to be vitriol-free and Visually-Focused.
While the FP is largely falling into DE-NILE (denial), I'm offering a more aesthetic chasm …

I had to give up on discussion as the ratio of nasty to civil discussion got way too high
But RIO, you've also stopped posting on blogs - where the vitriol doesn't flow.
