Here is an interesting video about the difference between knowledge and understanding . The world is not quite as simple as we like to make it out to be .
It's such a pleasure to get away from the constant political squabbles on this site occasionally that I decided to post this video about skill acquisition and perception . Just because you think you know what you're doing doesn't mean you have acquired a new skill . Knowledge is only the first step to understanding .
Is it possible to turn this into a political squabble ? I suppose so but it will take work !
It would be impossible without a skilled welder to make that alteration to your bike . But after that , you would have to work at it . And it might take months to get the feeling down . I think more demanding than futile . Although perhaps unlearning is not as valuable as it appears ...

Fascinating video. Makes you want to try to do it, but it is obvious it would be futile. Thanks for the idea and video.
