Really close!
Hey Buzz, all is forgive for that 1993 thingy.
Over time, I have found that birds display lots of body language; it's often "unseen" because they don't let us get too close.
That's about as close as I would want to get. I've had certain phobias ever since watching Hitchcock's "The Birds"
Your photo actually says "You're kidding me!"
I think it might be saying, "Come closer, my pretty-- the better to peck you!"
