Kentucky’s Last Abortion Clinic Sues State to Stay Open

The EMW Women's Surgical Center in Louisville claims in a federal lawsuit that Gov. Matt Bevin's administration informed them "out of the blue" that the clinic was not in compliance with state rules and ordered them to stop performing abortions starting Monday, April 3.

"If EMW is forced to close its doors, there will be no licensed abortion facility in the Commonwealth of Kentucky," the suit states. "Kentucky women would be left without access to a critical and constitutionally protected medical procedure."

Assholes. Here's hoping they get an immediate injunction against this.

No abortion clinics......that is so good!  Now, in its place should be a suppository for birth control pills along with condoms and information on what causes a pregnancy.  It is called two adults...male and female getting together for sex.  That's simple.  What part don't you understand?  It has never changed since the world began.  That's how babies are made.

In Ky If you have the urge, I suggest you have proper protection or you postpone your urge!

should be a suppository for birth control

Actually a suppository won't work for birth control-- its designed to relieve constipation:

Dulcolax ®  Laxative Suppositories
with DulcoGlide  Applicators

Dulcolax Laxative Suppositories with DulcoGlide™ Applicators

Now, DulcoGlide  Applicators make it easier to get the effective relief of Dulcolax ® Laxative Suppositories.

  • Medicated Suppositories
  • Mess-free disposable applicators specifically designed for Dulcolax suppositories
  • Relief within minutes

Click here  for instructions on using DulcoGlide  Applicators

If some attempts to use a suppository for birth control (as you suggested)-- they're gonna end up needing an abortion! Sad

Not only are suppositories ineffective for birth control (see previous comment) but when you have the urge-- KY won't be effective either! (Which is why so many people today are choosing gay sex-- a wise idea in these perilous times!!!)

Though I must admit that they have come along some. When I was younger they didn't have a tube and you had to insert them yourself. Of course they till wouldn't be much good for birth control except maybe they would gross people out to the point of not wanting to have sex?

I wonder if they'd work for abortions?

Maybe the next thing Kentucky will do is ban the pulling of teeth. After all God put them there and humans have no right to remove them. The government controls our bodies, so what can we do?  What's next? Barbers being charged with bodily assault for cutting human hair?

A very wise statement Buzz, which is why it will fall on deaf ears in the current American government and the right wing, anti-abortion crowd here as a group. Excellent try though!
