Isn't this the President that the Left keeps saying has been bought by Putin? If that actually happened, I'd say that Mr. Putin made one hell of a bad mistake.
from what I read , if they had simply rolled commercially made conventional "Dumb" bombs(like used in WW2) out of the helicopters all those years they would have had the same effects and been legal , with the exception of landing on aide stations or hospitals.
