For the first time, a live Pacific barreleye fish—complete with transparent head—has been caught on video. The deep-sea fish's tubular eyes pivot under a clear dome. -- Published February 24, 2009
A bit of technical advice concerning Newstalkers. You chose an appropriate forum to post the article, and although it will show up in the window for Latest Discussions, it will not show up in the General Forums window below it unless you or another person (in this case me) should enter an initial comment.
I'm glad I managed to do something right, I'm new in the TNS so reading that was a good moment for me
And yeah, thanks from the tip about the first comment. I shall keep that in mind.
In other news I think that my other post have been removed, the reason I think was that the topic (even though not the same article) can already be found from the sections I posted it. So I take it that I'm either wrong and it's still there or that in here one does not post new articles about the once posted topic. Either way I'm cool with it.
And I can say that I didn't know about earlier headline about the same topic when I made that post.
But I think that I'm beginning to get some sort of idea how this place works, it was also good to see all the comments as I was afraid that I might be posting for my eyes only with no traffic at all. It kind of spoils the fun of public sharing if no one will ever see your posts
What an amazing fish. I can't believe that it actually exists. The more we explore our own planet the more we realize that we really don't know much about it.
Quite fascinating.

You will get used to it, for sure! It just takes a bit of time!
Fascinating article!
A fascinating video and discovery.
