I read the CoC, and didn't see a cut and dried ban on multiple accounts. Is it permitted?
I would say no it is not permitted.
Name changes are permitted, you can change your avatar name as many times as you like.
Multiple accounts are NOT permitted - one is enough. Show your different interests by using the groups.
