The Pumpkinseed Sunfish and some others in that family are handsomely marked, and, of course, fish of the Coral Reefs are strikingly beautiful, but the "Brookie" is my favorite.

I'm surprised BF isn't here to admire some of the lady fishes.  Nice Pictures, A. Mac.  Can I ask how you captured the photos?  Fish don't normally pose for photos very well.

Without giving up my secrets, I will tell that a fish photographed while in a net or other setting, can be positioned in a new digital image file with a new background ... like I did in a recent article with butterflies and flowers.
