Vintage "Street Photography" from my collection
Vintage "Street Photography" from my collection
I have a number of "street" photographs that may not be as good as Helen Levitt's but here are some for you to see. Please provide criticism, because I learn from it and do not resent such comments.
1. Time for a nap.
2. Telling a joke.
3. The cities are a little crowded in China.
4. 5 cents a bunch.
5. Ain't life grand?
6. Dance to the music.
7. Outdoor vegetable market.
8. Where did I put that needle?
9. Warming their hands.
10. It could be time to get a horse.
11. Grandma taking care of the kids.
12. Chinese Chequers.
13. Woe is me.
14. Typical 19th century street scene.
15. "What are YOU looking at?"
16. Kids playing in the street.
17. Buying meat.
18. Don't look at the camera.
19. A nice day to be out in the street.
20. Nobody here but us chickens.
21. Gonna have to sleep it off before my wife sees me.
22. A busy night on the street.
Well, actually, I took every one of those photos within the past decade.
Excellent photos Buzz.....Some of them seem to be rather well worn, is that on purpose?
''It could be time to get a horse'' is my favorite.
