What I Would Tell ISIS by Young Iraqi Christian Girl

Myriam, a young Iraqi Christian girl has lost everything to the horrible Islamic State militants.

She is now living with her family in a half-built mall in Iraq. She gave a brilliant answer to the question of how she would retaliate against the terrorists if she had a chance. Myriam had this to say to the Arabic-language TV network, SAT-7

I wont do anything to them. I will only ask God to forgive them.

But I thank God. God provides for us.

The little girl went on to say that God loves her and the other Christians who escaped and that he wouldnt let ISIS kill them.

What an amazing response to such terrible circumstances, it is important to reflect on how lucky many in the United States are at this time when so many others are suffering. Her words are a great reminder that faith is an amazing gift.
