Yes, they are lit up buildings at night. The photo above was taken just a few weeks ago, when my camera was already dying so the aperture and shutter speed were no longer coordinating. As well, I did a little editing of the hue. Here is the same view taken a year ago.
When things get to me, I search NT for your photography Mac. The beauty in them has a calming effect on me and I thank you for that. Once again, you have not failed me.
