I imagine it's a health issue. But no doubt that out of the hundreds of reasons, the only one that some will push fervently will be the racist version.
I didn't mind that, in fact, I don't think the 'n' word SHOULD be banned. I appreciate it when people are upfront about their racism, rather than using weasel words and trying to claim they're not racist.

The article stated that she would have been the first on the resident crew. Other African-Americans had worked missions to the space station, but hadn't been part of the resident crew.
I live in the real world, too. Know lots of professionals of all races. Why would you assume a she was a baby mama?, had a drug problem and the Kenya line a trigger? Is that what we call it now?

Late Thursday, NASA announced it was pulling Epps off the mission but didn't disclose why. Astronauts have been removed from missions in the past, mostly for health reasons. —
