There's still time to emerge from the FP.

Just some gentle "foggy dew" musical accompaniment for your gentle "phoggy photo":

Although the harp and flute are fairly common instruments, it was good to see the rarer hammered dulcimer being played.

Fog is great, there's always strange and mysterious shapes in it.

Did I just DREAM that I posted this photo HOURS ago, and now it has disappeared?  Oh well, here we go again:

Like snow-covered ground, trees, etc, and a wide array of autumn leaves, fog/mist unifies compositions that might otherwise appear disjointed.

A few fogy/misty times that moved me enough to get the camera out.

Sun & Fog

My cabin is about 5 miles on up.  Somewhere on that hill to the right of the shot, above the fog.

The next two were taken from the bed room, shortly after I first moved in.

The kind of dusk I just love.

Since retiring & moving here I no longer mark time by hours our minutes but rather by season and weather.  Loving it.

Love these pictures, makes me wish I could retire early and get a cabin in the woods.

Beautiful pictures. Very inspiring, Spiritual and peaceful. Thank you for sharing them with us. Retirement has many pluses, and being able to "stop and smell the roses" is truly one of them. (smile)
