The Mueller "Witch Hunt": The First Witch has now been sentenced!
And there will be many more to come!
Washington (AFP) - A Dutch lawyer with direct knowledge of contacts between Russian intelligence and a top official in Donald Trump's campaign became the first person sentenced in special prosecutor Robert Mueller's sprawling investigation Tuesday.
Alex van der Zwaan was sentenced to 30 days in jail and a $20,000 fine after pleading guilty to lying about his contacts with former campaign deputy Rick Gates and a former Russian intelligence official.
Van der Zwaan, a Dutch national with Russian roots and son-in-law of a prominent Russian tycoon, was a lawyer in London for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in 2012 when he carried out work for the Ukraine government through Gates and Gates' close associate Paul Manafort. (Link)

Van der Zwaan lied to investigators on several occasions about his contacts with both Gates and "Person A," prosecutors said.
While the details of those conversations remain secret, court documents suggest they support the idea of more extensive contacts between the Trump campaign and Russia during the election than the White House has admitted.
While there have been indictments as wells guilty pleas, this is the first "Witch"uncovered by the Mueller Witch Hunt that has actually been sentenced. As there are obviously many more Trump-allied Coverns of Witches out there-- expect more indictments as well as actual sentences of jail time to come.

Infrequently Asked Question: What is a Witch's "Covern"?
In Wicca and other similar forms of modern neopagan witchcraft , such as Stregheria and Feri , a coven is a gathering or community of witches , much like a congregation in Christian parlance. It is composed of a group of believers who gather together for ceremonies of worship such as Drawing Down the Moon , or celebrating the Sabbats .
Oh my!
Well done, Krishna. I'm a solitary practitioner.
I actually know some people who practice Wicca. They have witches altars, black candles, they burn incense, etc. Some even have a familiar! (usually a Black Cat),
I have studied witch-craft a bit, but its not really "my thing". However I have been reading Tarot Cards off and on for years.
P.S: if anyone is interested in practicing Witchcraft, you can find a lot of the necessary accesories, at reasonable prices, on Amazon, as well as other online sites.
"Amazon's Choice" Alter Cloth:
Magic Wand (Harry Potter Model):
Magic Wand (From the Hitachi Covern):
My go to source is Wiccan Way, excellent things and, it's owned by practitioners.
LOL, I think one set of "magic wands" only works for women.
So you actually practice "the craft"? Good for you!
(Interesting site BTW, I will check it out).
BLESSED BE!
Blessed be and, Merry meet.
Yes-- but they have to use the proper Magic Potion to achieve maximum effectiveness:

Mueller's next targets? (Actual photo)
Van der Zwaan faced up to five years in jail.
He earned a light sentence based on his cooperation with Mueller's probe, which is focused on whether there was collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
US intelligence agencies say President Vladimir Putin himself was behind a hacking and disinformation effort to disrupt the election and boost Trump's chances of winning.
In extracting a guilty plea and cooperation pledge, Mueller's team has kept most of the details of what van der Zwaan told them secret. So it remains unclear whether his information supports collusion allegations.
Sometimes a "Witch hunt" actually catches witches.
I suspect Mueller's will continue to catch more of them over time.
Looking into my Crystal Ball I see many witches being caught by Mueller the Witch Hunter.
Wow
I am sure the millions spent, and the millions more to come, is worth it. One conviction for 30 days; and chump change for any lawyer; or politico with the right connections. Mueller must be proud. Next he can attempt to try all of the Russian "hackers" in absentia. That should be worth a good laugh or two at tax payer expense.
Wake us when he does something worth mentioning. Like actually comes up with any real proof that Trump colluded with the Russians? How many votes the Russian hackers physically changed? (Russian propaganda machines do not count. The US has the exact same propaganda machines working across the world. Including in ally countries). Or how much longer this tax payer funded kickback to Obama and Clinton lackeys that make up his legal team will continue?
If only Comey had conducted the Clinton email investigation with the same ruthlessness and gusto (instead of handing out immunity deals like they were candy); the Dems might have come up with a different candidate that could have actually beaten Trump; and we would have been spared this whole ordeal as the Obama and new administration quickly swept it under the rug.
Really? How much money was spent on the Benghazi investigation, all eight of them? Who was sent to jail then? I forgot, no one was, that is a witch hunt. This is turning out to be another Watergate. Stay tuned.
This guy was small fry-- Mueller has bigger fish to fry!
He could care less about Van der Zwaan... this was done to send a message to others! (If you lie under oath you won't merely get a slap on the wrist, but rather do hard time).
Wake us when he does something worth mentioning. Like actually comes up with any real proof that Trump colluded with the Russians?
Don't you realize how these investigations go? They start at the bottom-- with people of little importance. This tactic is standard-- and has two purposes:
1. To get something on them, so they have the choice of jail time or...turning on "the bigger fish" in exchange for a lighter sentence. This is standard procedure. Indictments and sentencing iof the people near the top always comes much later..
2. Actually giving several of the smaller players hard time (no matter how short it is) sends a message. Its a warning to other-- if you lie when we call you you are risking a real sentence-- that this "Witch Hun"t is serious, (Actually I'm surprised you didn't know this).
They don't remember that when the Republicans were investigating Hillary for everything under the sun that Obama wasn't out on Twitter calling it a witch hunt and, wasn't threatening to fire the special counsel and, wasn't threatening or, degrading the DOJ and, FBI or, Congress, neither was Hillary. They don't realize that someone who is innocent doesn't do these things that Trump is doing, only the guilty do that.
The majority of brown people killed are killed by other brown people. And in cities run by liberal Democrats. Go figure.
Gosh, I didn't know that Syria was a Democratic country or, that ISIS was a democratic party. WOW, you learn something new every day here.
OK-- but how many are true witches --and how many are imposters?
Any racism that may exist on the right isn't leaving a trail of carnage every weekend like in our "progressive" cities.
Looks like Trump is not on Muellers "witch hunt" for the time being:

Key word in that link is "currently".
Well I'm sure Trump is relieved by that news!
In fact, its time for him to celebrate the fact that he got off scott-free.
(For the "time being").
The question of the day: How many Witches could a Witch Hunt hunt if a Witch Hunt could hunt Witches?
